“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bryan is amazing. He took the time to explain in great detail the problem I was experiencing with my Pioneer SX850 and the steps he took in order fix it. There is no one else I will ever let touch a piece of my hifi equipment. His decades of experience and ability to explain things so well left me feeling very informed and ecstatic that I had found such a great place to take my equipment to. Talking to Bryan feels like talking to an old friend, I felt welcome in the shop and he even took the time to guide me to the correct speakers for my unit after everything was said and done. My inherited piece thats over 40 years old will live to see another 40 thanks to him.”

“B. E. TEK is where we go for help with computers. My husband starting going to them years ago, and I purchased a laptop from them. They transferred the programs and documents and set it up great. I've gone in with some questions recently. While they couldn't fix the issue (lack of support from Microsoft was the culprit), they did offer suggestions to keep me operational, and they didn't charge me for their time and patience. “I have an old school mini with a hard to find control board (multi-layer PCB) that I suspected had issues. A new board or getting repairs would have cost me 4 figures.I contacted repair shack and they said they would certainly do their best to help. They were able to identify and validate my concerns, and not only repair the board, but replace several board components to ensure the longevity of my car for years to come!!!They contacted me several times throughout the process to ensure I knew exactly what was going on and if I was okay with what they wanted to do. Awesome team! Love these guys and they have certainly earned my business for years to come!!!!Photos below of board and difficulty of repairs/rework needed to replace faulty components.”

“My granddaughter shattered my grandsons glass on his iPad. It was in my thoughts completely ruined and I was bummed since it was three years old but still had a lot of life to it. A friend suggested BatteriesPlus. I called and made an appointment and they were able to see me immediately.When I arrived they knew exactly who I was, very welcoming, looked at the iPad, and assured me that they were able to fix it. The staff was AMAZING! Very customer service oriented, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed not breaking the bank either with the cost of repair, very reasonable.The even better part was that they were fast! In three hours I was back to the store picking up the iPad and it looked brand new.I am so impressed with this business. When needed, I will use their services again. “I had an insurance claim to have the LED display replaced on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra phone.On 1/13, Rob greeted me, was friendly, and explained the process.The 84th and Ward Parkway location didn't have heat that Saturday. However, he was a good sport, as he was bundled up.He and Marcellus, who I assume was the tech, both had coats on, but did their work without complaint. That's dedication.Rob suggested a protective screen coating but wasn't pushy and even applied it for me.The work was done timely and professionally.I would recommend this business!”

“12/14/2023- Recently purchased and wearing the Vivoactive 4s.. I'm new to the Garmin platform, so it's taken me on a bit of learning curve. Did my due diligence, prior to purchasing.. and went with this model. What I love: the look of the watch! Especially the watch face being round- I've have all Apple Watches- so from square to round is refreshing! The watch is so light and the watch band feels great! I like how there are so many watch faces you can get and create.. Battery seems to be good, had to learn how to turn off notifications, but the charging is super fast.. I do have an IPhone- so compatibility with answering calls and texts does not happen.. which is okay, because I can focus more.. Glad I got it! If in the future- maybe one of my son's will get me the solar one.. lol!”
