went in to sell a dress and pair of shoes both of which were never worn and purchased in the past year. There were 3 people at the counter. After interrogating me to verify I had an appointment and was there at the scheduled time, they sent me to the back. The 3 of them stayed where they were giggling for a good ten minutes until one of them spotted me and "remembered" I was there. They took a quick look and told me they only purchase items bought in the past 18 months as if mine were not. They were rude. Would not give them any stars but at least one is required to post.

This one is so much different than the other one. Literally walked in no greeting I shopped for 30 minutes and no one in the store came to say hi or asked if I needed anything. They were more worried about closing as I got there at 5:20 and the store closed at 6:00. At 5:40 I stood at the fitting room and watched and smiled at the attendant as she walked by different racks trying to straighten them for closing time. Not once did she say hey would you like a fitting room? After she went by the third time I just went in and tried stuff on by myself. They have really nice stuff. But I will not come back. It was not until I walked out the door that she looked up from her phone and said thank you.

They don't pay enough. I left off an ann taylor shirt, vince camuto shirt, pretty purple chinese laundry purse and vera bradley purse. Only got $13 for all them. Never will bring anything else in there again. Bet they will make 10 times what they paid.

I went to this store today for the first time. The girls working behind the counter just stood there and talked amongst themselves. They didn't even greet me or my daughter . Very rude and poor customer service!

Lots of quality items for all seasons. Don't forget it's a resale store so know your brands and sizes. Dressing rooms available. Nice staff.

The owner and staff always go above and beyond. They make every shopping experience pleasant and keep you wanting to come back. Their stock is diverse and I can always find something there to wear. Would recommend this business and it's three other locations to anyone and everyone.

Good selection to buy from. The down side is that they are extremely picky when buying back clothes. I had several not so nice experiences here a couple years ago with two really young snotty employees that worked there. But that seems to be in the past. The past few times I’ve been in recently, the girls working were super nice, helpful and down to earth. Customer service matters!

Stumbled upon Ditto by complete accident. It is a cute store with a great selection. Found this gorgeous yellow sweater from All:Row (a new to me brand) for $20 and these adorable animal print tennis shoes for $24! (I wear a size 10 and it's had to find cute shoes!)They also have a decent Plus Size collection. I can't wait to my sisters to come to KC so we can visit here as well.
