This place is a real gem! They have a good selection of new and pre-owned equipment and the prices are excellent. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and ask the right questions to get you what you need within your budget. Highly recommend!

I had a Chromebook that seemed to have a power problem and I was concerned about the need to replace the whole computer. I dropped in to see Phil at the Olathe location (Strang Line) and he was able to diagnose the problem with ease and I was headed back home happy with the result. It's a small business but they are knowledgeable and can get the job done for you.

Took my PC desktop here because i spilled water on it, Phil & Michelle were excellent. Motherboard ended up being fried they were able to diagnose it and replace it with a better one. Everything works perfectly. Great communication, reasonable pricing, and excellent professionalism . Highly recommend this place :)

Direct computer outlet is an amazing place to go if you need an amazing Laptop, PC, or Mac at an affordable price. I have bought a few computer from them in the last 6 or 7 years myself, but I always send my friends and family in to them when they need new computers. they are also very good at fixing computer. I highly recommend them for your computer repairs and/or purchases!huge thankyou to the amazing staff at this location!

I'll continue to be a customer at the Mission location, but had a very poor experience here. The owner was pushy, not helpful, and had her kid running around the store. It was a very unprofessional vibe. It was very loud in there and we left without questions being answered and didn't feel like we got the same help we were used to at the other location.

I needed a computer for a specialized pilot project involving photogrammetry, and needed specific capability on a low budget. The guys at the Mission store were patient and helpful and got me set up within my budget. Most importantly, when I had a problem with the unit I bought, they treated me like I try to treat my customers, with courtesy and patience. Fortunately, the problem got resolved with little ado.
