The young lady working the counter was very friendly and helpful. I came in with some parts from an old Kenmore dryer. She tested them all and found them in working properly. She suggested a part that frequently failed. I purchased the part, installed it, and it WAS the part I needed! I am so happy others suggested Dey. I am so gratefully for this lovely angel.

Great customer service and quality product. Had a dryer belt break and we were not having good luck with the durability of ones bought online. They had exactly what we needed and could definitely tell its quality.

I have been here for several parts and everyone is always helpful. I brought in something today that I thought needed replaced and they were nice enough to test the part and let me know I actually didn’t need a new part. I appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.

It is nice to have an appliance parts store here in town that will sell replacement parts to "repair it yourselfers." Part I needed was in stock, and I was able to fix the appliance the same day, instead of having to order online, and wait for the parts to arrive. Staff was knowledgeable, and even offered a suggestion as to why the part might have failed. DIYers - you'll love this parts outlet!
