Denise Colles is the BEST!!!!!!! this is her three time helping us get into a new house. there is nothing she will not do for us during this prosses. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first time buyer. Lender One, made the process fast, easy, and knowledgeable. They explained step by step what they were doing and made sure I was involved with the entire process. I know that in the future when I’m ready to buy another home, I’ll be working with them again.
