I would sincerely encourage people to avoid Dan like the plague. I bought a suit from Dan for a wedding recently and the experience was awful. He was incredibly rude, which I could live with if he did a great job on the suit. But alas, he also did a terrible job on my suit (as well as the other groomsmen in the wedding). Maybe Dan was a good tailor when he was younger, but he is down right bad at it now. I am giving him 2 stars out of sympathy.
Other reviews have mentioned how Dan will "guess" your measurements just by looking at you, and they somehow take this to be a good thing. Well he guessed my measurements and was completely wrong. For example, he ordered me a 42L suit jacket when I wear a 40R. He also ordered me ridiculous pants where both the waist and length were absurdly big. It is very annoying to me that he just guesses your measurements instead of taking the 1 minute to actually measure like any decent tailor. I got the feeling that he would rather order your suit way too big and then tailor it down, but the suit looked awful using this method (it ends up being really baggy and weird looking).
I spent around $250 on the suit and ended up selling it on Facebook marketplace immediately after the wedding for $40 if that tells you something about the quality of his work. I was comparatively lucky though, considering that another groomsmen's pant legs were two different lengths! Like literally, one pant leg was a good 2 inches longer than the other pant leg. It was beyond absurd how bad of a job Dan did.
Dan also has a weird shtick where he seems to purposefully be rude to customers. The first time I walked into his store I said something along the lines of "Hi, I'm here to get measured for a suit for a wedding party" and his response (in a very rude tone) was, "That tells me nothing, I am working on tons of weddings, you need to tell me the grooms last name". Ok dude, maybe just ask "what's the grooms last name". But fine, whatever, not a big deal. But then the next time I came in (to try on the suit) I specifically made a point to immediately say "Hi I'm here for *groom's last name* to try on my suit" and then his response was something like "whoa whoa hold on you're going to have to give me a minute to get in the system to look this up. I can't just immediately know every groom's last name" or some BS like that. My takeaway was that the guy just wants to be rude and argumentative and talk down to people. He made a number of other rude comments as well and was overall terrible at communicating. He was also making rude comments about other customers while I was in there.

Dan's the man. Everyone knows it . Good luck coming any day of the week and it not being busy. The company is dealing with high quality products and fabrics. This Tailor is an amazing experience and just sit back and watch the man work his magic. Definitely a personality and genius that sets this place apart from other famous Tailors.

Dan and Jeremy were phenomenal. They were able to get us a new suit, altered, done and ready to go in 12 hours. They are so fun and hilarious. Will definitely be a repeat customer and will be referring them to anyone in need of a suit or tux!

Literally no better place to go for service, availability, selection, price, the whole works. We’ve been all over and wish we found him sooner. If you want that traditional “I got your back”, personal experience and not the big store sales treatment, GET TO DANS!

Had a wonderful experience with Dan Dan the tailor man. Every one of my guys suit fit perfectly! He’ll take extremely quick measurements at first, then once your suit gets in you try it on and he’ll make adjustments, then you come in one final time for any other adjustments and you’re done! Best fitting suit I’ve ever had an also the cheapest price!

Dan. Is. Amazing. One week notice and got my white linen for my wedding. In and out getting it tailor fit.
I can strongly recommend Dan for all your suit needs!!!!
Three years later, let's get an update. Dan does NOT freaking miss. Doesn't fumble. Doesn't drop the ball. This man is incredible at delivering on short notice, in the midst of wedding season nonetheless.

My son decided last minute that he wanted to go to prom. Dan had a suit ready & tailored for him in less than 24 hours! It exceeded our expectations! The suit looks fantastic, his work is fabulous and the price can’t be beat! I’d recommend Dan to anyone & everyone!!
