I tend to come here on my lunch and it’s nice to be able to run in and run out quickly and not have to wait forever. The one thing I do have to say is the prices are a little pricey especially for the size of some of the portions. I love this place just wish it was a little cheaper.

I was in the drive through waiting in line and pulled up to the window at 5:58pm, the window closed and I was unable to pick up my prescription. They could see me in line and I was in line well before closing. Rude and terrible customer service. Thankfully the medicine I needed could wait until tomorrow.

This is the worst pharmacy. Very slow and rude staff. They tell patients misinformation and lie about when prescription were called in.

Although the on line scheduling was a burden - I was finally able to get a person from the pharmacy to assist me in scheduling my vaccines. She was polite and very helpful. At my appointment time I was greeted with a friendly smile and the pharmacist who administered the vaccine was also friendly, kind and helpful.

I left the ER at 6am and they called in an antibiotic to this CVS near my house. I got a text from CVS that my prescriptions were in progress. I was given a dose of the antibiotic at ER so just needed my next dose so thought I would be fine. Hours go by and still no update from pharmacy. At 5:30pm I call because they close at 6pm on Sunday and the guy I spoke to said they only have 2 days worth of meds so they will fill it tomorrow when more comes in. I explain this is an antibiotic orders for a serious bacterial infection and if they couldn’t fill it they should have let me know or transferred it to another pharmacy that could. They were unapologetic and told me that wasn’t possible. I was in a lot of pain at that point and fearing my only option was to return to the ER I sent my husband there 10 min before they closed and he was able to get the 2 days they had so I could at least have some options.

The pharmacy deserves a zero! I have never been treated so rudely. The pharmacist barked orders at me. She was awful. I asked her a simple question about an additional prescription. It got worse. She said I would have to go move over to the ask a question. I did and she walked away saying we Dont have enough people. We will get to you when we have time. What!? I will never ever go back to CVS. There is no excuse for rudeness. You all are really a zero rating. An absolute ZERO Go anywhere but to this location.

There is no accountability here. You can call up there and they’ll say we haven’t filled it but we’ll have it ready in a few hours at this time. You go up there after the specified time and they tell you they still don’t have it ready but since you’re there then they’ll actually begin to have it filled for the first time if you just wait an hour. Not to mention I call weeks in advance telling them I need a specific manufacturer of a medicine I take and that they need to get it ordered. I’m told we’ve placed an order. Time goes by when it’s time for my medicine to be filled and instead of being ready I’m told again we have to order it. Now I’m out of medicine and it’s still not in because their idea of a good system is to not keep track of anything until the last minute and by then it’s too late. I use the same manufacturer every month but instead of ordering it in advance they don’t stock it because the other generic brand is cheaper for them thus giving them higher profits. I can’t think of any other reason that would be unless they are just completely disorganized. I could go more into detail but even if I did they wouldn’t care

This CVS pharmacy is always a mess when I go there and long wait lines. They told me it will be a 15 minute wait and 45 minutes later they tell me they haven’t even started on my Rx, meanwhile I have a kid crying with an earache with me. And this has happened another time I went as well, so it seems to be the usual. They also at one point had someone else’s insurance linked to my account and I was getting their phone calls and it took going there not once but twice for them to get it figured out. No reason for us to continue going here, we will no longer use this pharmacy.

My child’s prescription was sent into the CVS pharmacy at 11:30am, it is now almost 5 o’clock and they still don’t have it done. They told me come back in 15 mins, and again not ready wasn’t ready. I understand being short handed but that seems like a long time .
