It starts with the pharmacist and he/she sets the tone of the store. Like their leader, everyone seems unhappy and overworked. Almost like zombies that are desperate to escape the monotonous routine. Though unintentional for most of the staff, they can often be perceived as rude, however, I think it is just a culture of misery. Kinda sad to watch when other CVS pharmacies (Antioch Overland Park) in other areas seem to have amazing cultures and the staff enjoys what they do. Probably should just switch back to my old store and make the longer drive? 🤔

I needed some items so went to CVS this morning. I was greeted cordially when I walked through the front door. I was extremely glad that everything was so clearly marked. The prices were excellent. The store was clean and organized making it easy to find the products that I needed. At time of checkout I had questions and was helped by Jennifer who was knowledgeable and kind. I will certainly go back to this CVS soon. It was a delightful experience.

Several times here waiting on drive through line for 30 minutes plus for 2 care. If it's Not a 2 minute pickup. Tell them to come inside and staff appropriately.
I'm changing to Walgreens this week. Just done with this awful pharmacy.
Update. Called Dr. Office and made sure the call got put through. One script was pending insurance for 2 days, but when I showed up to pick up all 3, they didn't even fill the one out of insurance even though I was paying out of pocket. ALL of this and STILL making multiple trips over 2 days and in serious pain.
Poor communication, zero effort to fill prescriptions and keeping the patient in the loop. Waited 7 hours and no follow up after saying doctor needed to provide more information. Last communication said they were contacting for me, but then never responded to me. I COULD have MADE sure, but allowed these incompetent fools to help me. BAD decision on my part and going back to Walgreens tomorrow.

I always love shopping at CVS on 87th in Lenexa. The store is always clean and well stocked with consistently good and new products. Thank you for doing such a good job to make this a great experience for me. I also love the coupons.

Went in to make a purchase for my granddaughter, as well as adding extra CareCredit program to several family members and was helped tremendously by one of the employees named Pam. She help me find the gifts and help me set up the accounts. She did a great job.

Don’t waste your time with this pharmacy. They somehow manage to screw up a new prescription EVERY time. followed by me having to make several phone calls trying to sort out their mistakes. Something tells me there’s a reason for the overwhelming 1 star reviews….
