had an interview at 3:30 and didn’t finish until 415 on a Friday. Was told to go take a urine test and hearing test and showed up at 4:30 and didn’t get back until almost 5 o’clock. The whole time I was there waiting all of the staff behind the counter just loudly talked about how they were ready to go. I understand they were ready to go home because it was closing time but they could have at least waited to turn the lights off before I left . I literally left out the front lobby with all the lights turned off and None of the staff in site, except for the person who was doing my hearing test. Other than that staff was nice, and everything went smoothly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went for a pre-employment flu shot, drug screen and TB test. Had problems getting blood for the TB which the nurse realized that must be dehydrated so she asked me to drink lots of water and come back the next day which I did and she was able to get it on the first try. She was extremely kind and caring and I felt she genuinely cares about people. Thank you!!!

All the staff were great! Friendly, professional, made me feel like I was important. They listened to me, and what I needed. Everyone was efficient, I was in and out for a drug test and physical in 90 mins. Thank you!

The only reason for 3 stars and not 5 was the wait. I had a scheduled appointment and was still not seen for over an hour to hour and a half. This was for an employment screen. The front desk staff pleasant and the back staff was superior.

Im a big person, never had any issues with a DOT physical anywhere else in my life EXCEPT here. Waste of time, go anywhere else.UPDATE: After doing a sleep study and not having sleep apnea, they suddenly LOST THE PHYSICAL I DID A WEEK AGO. Anne, who worked with me last week, didn't file anything at all that was completed last week. This should have been them reviewing my test results, and finishing up the physical, even per the person who I talked with on the phone about next steps.The employees here clearly aren't capable of doing their job, they'll just misplace your information and put your career at risk, but it's not their fault or their issue because they don't give a damn! Negative stars should be a thing soully for this reason.
