Been banking at commerce for many years. Everyone is very friendly. I have not had any problems with commerce bank. They look at your spending habits and anything that's not normal. They will notify you. Great bank.

WORST BANK EVER. FEES, FEES and more FEES. You put money into a bank in a "free" checking thinking it is safe over the years and then THEY decide its not free anymore and they slap HUNDREDS of dollars of fees. We lost half our money we put into the bank due to Commerce deciding our account was no longer free. We'd have had more money in a fruit jar buried in the backyard than we do now.

This bank, and this branch, know what customer service is all about. No need to make an appointment to see anyone but a teller as I do at my other (national) bank. I got great service and am a happy customer.

The ATM machine was not working, and no sign warning anyone though it was known. The teller seemed overworked...so no time to to make a sign alerting persons. You can't see the tellers for one way glass anyway,so youre not even greeted nor know when your items are received. What happened to good old fashioned banking? Theres a call button if you want to get "barked at" for asking for help.
