The front office people here are kind.
This office changed the insurances - but of course no one tells you this. So now I am paying $200 for a well woman exam that would normally be free. I will no longer be coming here now that they are no longer in network. This results in having to find a new doctor. I wish they cared more about overall quality of care and patient relationships.
Lastly, no I do not care to talk to Kelsey Carver but I'm sure I will get the same generic response as everyone else saying to contact her, which goes back to patient relationships.

They canceled my new patient appointment for "unforseen circumstances" and then charged me a 30 dollar no show charge. This office clearly isn't organized.

DR went above and beyond for what I would expect from an after hours walk in clinic

Absolutely disappointed with the service I received here. Be prepared to read your own test results and for other items to be added to your visit leading to a large unexpected bill. Will not be back. Extremely unprofessional. I did speak with the manager in your comment below and I was told "I'm sorry about your experience" after I told her I would not be back.

Going to start off with the good: the front desk staff is so incredibly nice! I give them 5 stars! The bad: I won't name her name but my doctor is always sick or on vacation meaning it's pretty much impossible to get ahold of her for test results and prescriptions or even refills. I've had appointments moved because she was out sick, and I've had to wait over a month before just for a prescription refill on birth control. . I don't like leaving bad reviews for places but I'm so frustrated. It's not just one time, but every time I try to contact my doctor for results/refills that it takes multiple calls and days, sometimes months to hear back. Don't go here if you need anything more than yearly checks that don't require any sort of prescription or follow up.

If i could give zero stars I would. Came here after moving to the area for a new GP to refill my medications that I've been on for several years, my old doctor would want to check up on me every year or so and would accept calls or notes saying everything was fine to refill the prescriptions and trusted me to come in when the medications weren't working as well or need adjustment, Lisa Sinkler here wanted to see me every 6 months or refused to refill my medications with full knowledge this would give me discontinuation syndrome. I missed an appointment and tried to get in touch with her for several days through my pharmacy, leaving notes through the portal, and calling with no response whatsoever until a different doctor refilled my prescription (which didn't reach the pharmacy for another few days). In an ironic twist of fate, the reason I had missed that appointment was because I had started a job that wouldn't insure me for about another month and I would have gladly gone in once I had health insurance, but because of the nature of my job and the side effects I experienced from suddenly cutting off my medication before the other doctor refilled it, I lost my job. I tried setting up a phone appointment for the next month to see if I could afford that without insurance and it was over $130 and they refused another emergency refill because "one was already issued by another doctor". Do not go here, do not use APN Lisa Sinkler, she just wants money and will not offer flexibility if it does not suit her. She would rather force people to come in more than necessary than care about their quality of life.

I don’t care that I waited 4 hours at urgent care - it was a busy place. But the girl at the counter sent me back to the lab to leave a sample and told me NOT to sign in - so I didn’t. Lab didn’t process sample. Nurse told me I should have signed in at lab. I told her front desk told me not to and she said don’t listen to them. I did what I was told. They finally processed the lab but when they sent on to Lab Corp they couldn’t test sample because it wasn’t refrigerated. I sure hope I don’t get charged for the lab’s mistake. And I hope I got the right antibiotics for my bladder infection.

Walk-in appt was seen in a reasonable amount of wait time. Attending physician and nurse were excellent in demeanor and treatment protocol. Very pleased with my visit.

i came to Aftercare with trouble inhaling. The doctor, nurse, Xray technician were all very helpful. They listened to my complaints and did testing . Thankfully the diagnosis was correct and I am feeling fine.
