Good atmosphere with some fun loving people, whom are most helpful. I went in and placed an order with a young man named JP fairy knowledgeable very friendly and very willing to help. This was about 3 years ago and he's the reason I keep coming back. Hats off to John it's a great guy so no nonsense attitude and a straight shooter. Congratulations management you found a great employee hang on to him and pay him what he deserves.

Honestly, if there was a 10 star, these gentlemen would get it from me. My husband and I brought our two kiddos in to this store one Friday night just to get out of the house and let them browse and shop with their wallets. They both LOVE collecting Pokemon cards. The sheer volume of items in this store is impressive. But what really blew me away was the kindness and patience they showed my inexperienced and excitable kids.
JP, specifically was incredibly kind and helpful. He entertained all of their questions and goofed around with them despite it being past hours. He even took the time to locate some of their favorite characters' cards in their price range. (The ones they asked about in the case were slightly out of their wallets reach ?) The time these men took to entertain and engage meaningfully with us and our children is something that I value. And we'll be happy to return and send anyone else their way.

Our family attended the sports card "rip" night and we had a blast! Ben was the host/MC and he was so helpful, energetic and knowledgeable. It was our first time attending so we weren’t sure what to expect but Ben was very friendly and welcoming and explaining everything. It was a lot of fun and we are looking forward to the next one!

I recently got back into sports cards and this place has been awesome to spend time and money in. Great staff very helpful and polite and good prices. Would highly recommend this place for any collector.
