I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by Chase Bank. My experience has been inefficiency, rudeness, and a glaring disregard for customer service standards. My ordeal began with a simple request to update my address, a task that I was assured by two separate associates on different occasions would be promptly handled. Despite these assurances, and the reassurance from a manager that my new cards would be dispatched, my expectations were met with utter disappointment. It took several visits and conversations with the bank's staff, including the general manager, to unearth that my address had never been correctly updated in their system. The behavior of the staff, across the board, was astonishingly unprofessional. Interactions were characterized by a condescending and disrespectful tone, even in light of their own acknowledged mistakes. The general manager, who should embody the highest standards of customer service and professionalism, was particularly disheartening in his approach. His lack of empathy and failure to effectively address the situation was appalling. He also promised that he would fix the circumstances in order a new card came in the next week and no card was even ordered and tried to claim he did not say that which was 100% of a lie. Moreover, the repeated falsehoods and the bank's inability to perform such a fundamental task as updating a client's address led to a significant delay in receiving my replacement credit card and Amazon rewards card, taking an unacceptable five months due to the bank's errors. What compounded the frustration was the difficulty in escalating my concerns. Initially denied the opportunity to speak with a supervisor, I was eventually told I might be contacted, a promise made with little conviction. The suggestion that a personal meeting might not be feasible further exemplifies the bank's failure to take responsibility and address customer grievances adequately. This experience has illuminated a concerning culture within Chase Bank, where the bare minimum effort is the norm, and accountability for errors is shirked. It's disheartening to see such a prominent institution display a cavalier attitude towards customer satisfaction and basic operational competence. In conclusion, my experience with Chase Bank has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by unprofessionalism, poor customer service, and a fundamental failure to execute basic banking functions. It's a stark reminder of the need for businesses, regardless of their size, to maintain a commitment to quality and customer care.

I had a banking emergency and this location came through! Mahya was so sweet and knowledgeable. There were two gentlemen that assisted as well, but I didn't get their names. The employees at this branch are rockstars! Thanks again for saving the day.

HORRIBLE!! CROOKS!! AVOID!!!Deposited a massive check and the manager came over smiling, all nice, asking if I wanted a personal business banker. THEN THEY ABSOLUTELY SCREW ME OVER BY 'HOLDING' MY CHECK FOR OVER A WEEK!!! THIEVES!!!
