Visiting family. Became ill. Showed up as a non-patient. Sign in process was reasonable. They had me back in a room in 15 minutes or less. I was diagnosed and checked out in less than an hour.Everyone was so kind!!! Thank you!

I went on Christmas Eve. I was able to get in and see the doctor within a few hours and the gentleman at the desk told me it would be that long. They got me in and quickly treated. I was glad they were open and how quick and thorough the doctor treated me.

Terrible experience with receptionist claiming to be called “Karen”. She did not know how to correctly arrive at my copay and refused to call my insurance company to check. Instead she just arrogantly just made up stuff about my insurance and insisted I pay the wrong amount or leave while I was feeling sick. Worst urgent care experience ever.

I love this place! Due to a couple of unfortunate circumstances , I’ve had to go to urgent care three times in the last year, and each time I have received excellent care! Twice they took me back for triage immediately, which I sure appreciated. Hoping I don’t have any additional needs for urgent care, but if I do, this is definitely where I’ll go! Thank you to everyone who works there for providing such great care!

Nice to be able to check in and process forms onlineEach person on the staff were positive and very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. They should be appreciated for their hard work and overtime especially when our regular providers are closed.

Such an easy process to ensure you don’t have to sit in the lobby longer than necessary while not feeling well. She listened and addressed the issue. I was very satisfied.

I had gone to this urgent care multiple times and had a good experience. My insurance company changed under uhc, and when I checked in no one bothered to tell me my policy wasn't covered. The Dr. came in , did not touch me, listen to my lungs, etc, and was done in 2 minutes. She sends the tech in to give me 3 shots. I refused one of them but am still being charged for it. I have called multiple times to talk to someone in billing. No return calls. NOW, they are sending me to collections for $436.00 for the least quality care that I ihave received at that place. I will never return to this urgent care when my insurance changes

I checked in online and a few minutes later received a text telling me to make my way to the clinic. When I got there the receptionists were nice and the wait time was minimal. The nurse and Lori the nurse practitioner listened attentively and took care of my needs. Nice job.

Great experience. Staff was friendly, got in to see a doctor quickly, the nurse and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable, and they took care of my issue...

Avoid this place! I checked in my husband online on Labor Day 9/4/23. We received a text to head to the clinic around 3 pm. We were placed in an exam room and the technician came in to ask questions, review meds. (THEY ARE NOT NURSES) Tech took a swab of my husband's throat and nose and left the room. We waited over an hour in the exam room with the very annoying video FROZEN streaming on the TV in the exam room to "entertain" us but we are not children and it made my husband more irritated than he already was with not feeling well to begin with. At 5 pm when the clinic was scheduled to close, my husband still had not been checked on or any update had been given with the 2 test results or when he would be seen by the nurse practitioner who seemed extremely overwhelmed and not very friendly. We walked up to the front desk at 5 and informed the receptionist we were leaving as it was closing time and would prefer the results of the two tests completed be sent to our PCP's office to follow up with on Tuesday since he was not treated and we wasted 2 hrs of our time. The receptionist asked us to not leave. At that time a lady who was placed in another exam room prior to us around 3:30 came out of her exam room asking where the restroom was. We knew if she had not been seen for over 1.5 hrs in her exam room, we were behind her to be seen. The technician who we spoke to originally when we were placed in an exam room walked up to us with 2 cups of water for us. We didn't need water, we wanted to be seen. I informed the receptionist and the technician it would have been nice to have someone on staff come into the room to check on my husband and give any updates as to when someone would be seeing him but that didn't happen. We do not recommend this "urgent" care especially if one is not feeling very good. Don't waste your time. Go anywhere else but here. My previous 5 star review is now being replaced with a 1 star review and that is only because a "0" star score was not an option. Live and learn.

I am a former cancer patient who recently tested positive for COVID-19. I have known immune system deficiencies & knew I needed Paxlovid (the COVID-19 antiviral), which is specifically for people who are at high-risk of ending up needing oxygen like me. I woke up very late in the day due to the severe body aches, and I had to stop at my pharmacy to pick up some medications that I desperately need, but a rude woman cut me off in the parking lot and ended up taking my spot in the drive-through. I ended up having to wait over 15 minutes to get my meds, and then rushed to the nearest urgent care; this place. I looked at my phone as I walked in the door, as I wanted to know what time I was walking in on them at. It was still 3 minutes before they closed, and the doors were still unlocked obviously. Edna, the person working the desk, initially told me that they could not help me. I pleaded with them that I had a compromised immune system, and that all I needed was to get a prescription for Paxlovid ASAP, to prevent my potential death. I had arrived before they closed, and she knew it. As I was starting to walk out the door defeated, I turned around and demanded for her name. After doing this, she eventually chased me out to my car, to tell me that a doctor had agreed to see me. Great (or so I thought...) I came back in and sat in the waiting room for around 5 minutes. Edna hid in the back the entire time. She finally re-emerged at 8:06 to tell me that she had called her office manager and that they were no longer willing to see me. Her justification was that they would refer someone like me to the ER anyway, which is a LIE! They just didn't want to deal with me. Then she had the balls to sit there and lie to me again! She tried telling me that I had walked in 2 minutes after they closed & I KNOW I walked in 3 minutes before. It was 8:06 now, I was waiting there way longer than just a couple of minutes, & I had walked all the way out to my car, sat in it before she came out and came up to my car to tell me to come back in. You are LIARS. I came in before you were closed & you all know it. All I needed was a life-saving prescription. Now after kicking me out for the second time (@ 8:07) I could no longer make it to my back-up urgent care (KU MedWest), which is open another 30 minutes and they *WILL* see you if you walk in last minute (I've had to do it before), but even if I sped there I would've only arrived at 8:32ish, whereas if I would've left when I was first kicked out (7:59), instead of going back in with her, I would've made it to KU 5 min before they closed. Then, instead of calling around to find a place that isn't busy, they tell me to go to the only one of their other locations that was still open. I drove all they way over there just to find out there was a 2.5 hour wait! Talk about profits over patients! I was exposing a waiting-room full of elderly and sick people with COVID because this CareNow refused to treat me, & wouldn't even pick up the phone to help me (only to get permission from the "office manager" to get me kicked out (AGAIN)). I guess their dinner plans are more important than their Hippocratic Oath... I started feeling horrible guilty for exposing this new packed waiting room to COVID, when this CareNow could have just treated me, & they had an empty waiting room. About an hour into my wait, my symptoms were becoming overwhelming & I was worried that if I had to wait another hour I was going to become delirious from the pain & pass out. My whole body was on FIRE. I called my Mom, who's a nurse, and she started calling local emergency room's asking about wait-times. The near-by St. Luke mini er had no patients there... I went there & I was seen immediately, and they even called my pharmacy to make sure they had Paxlovid in-stock so I could get it ASAP. They gave me a shot of toradol, which allowed me to get home safely. I had a very rough experience & am having horrible ongoing symptoms. It's too bad I

I do not recommend at all. While they got me in quick it was $189 WITH insurance. The LPN asked questions seemed to care. Apparently communication isn’t there between the LPN and “DR” because the LPN did the strep swab and the dr came in and was going to do it again. Then she went and got the results said it was negative. Which I have had strep a thousand times know this I strep and if anyone looks at my throat covered in white lesions would also know this. The “DR” looked at it but didn’t even comment on it. Just said the “test” came back negative. Told me to test for COVID. Left paid another $10 for an at home COVID test which is also negative. So congrats on taking advantage of a single mother who can barely make ends meet who’s just trying to get healthy to take care of her child. Thanks for not caring or even acting like you care. Your only solution was to spend more money which I definitely don’t have after spending $189 for absolutely nothing.

If I could give less I would. They gave my son a physical and failed him due to his brothers heart problem. My son is perfectly healthy and has been playing football for 10 years. They said that if you answer yes to anything on the form it’s an automatic fail which is a total LIE because I’ve been getting his physicals done for years with the same answers I gave today. There’s a reason they’re physicals are only $20 Honestly I just think they didn’t want to do any paperwork.

Friendly and professional staff from the moment you walk in the door. Wait time was minimal. Very informative, explained everything clearly and gave me time for questions if I had any. Great experience, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The people there were very nice, and the facility was very clean. The reason for the three star is that I don’t understand how this facility can charge emergency room prices, but cannot provide emergency room care. My co-pay was $150, I only got advice to drink Pedialyte and take Imodium. I had already been drinking Pedialyte for three days, I am no better today than I was yesterday. Just go to an emergency room, you’ll be spending the money anyway.
