I was 2 hours from home trying to make it to 2 appointments for my kids and ended up with a screw in my tire about 10 min from the appointments. I pulled into the very busy shop hoping to get some help with my tire to get us to appointments. They did not hesitate with being busy to get my spare put on so I could get there. Meanwhile fixing my tire. Was able to get to my appointments in time. Huge thank you to this team. We were able to get the tire back on an home in timely manor. I'd recommend them to everyone!

I’ve taken my car to Burnetts for numerous things: oil changes, tire replacements, AC problems, etc and it’s always been a great experience!

Another auto service center had told me I needed a rear brake job, quoting me $500+. When I took the car to Burnett's on 87th & Long, they did a brake inspection and said brakes were not yet needed! I paid a small service fee for the inspection, and will return when it's time
They also offer a great shuttle service with a friendly, punctual driver. A+ all around.
