Wanted to thank Big O Tires for once again NOT fixing the problem. I have left a review previous and this is just to add on. Took my car in on 10/1/22 because the Big O branded tires are still leaking. They have leaked ever since I purchased them. The Legends store would be the 4th store I have taken it to and its still not right. I was losing 4PSI every 2 weeks & now I am losing that much in 3 days!!! Thanks BIG O TIRES!!!

Excellent place!! I was in a jam and needed a new battery and alternator ASAP. These guys got me in and out in 3 hours on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. The manager and mechanic that worked with me are exceptional!!

A HUGE thank you to Jake and Nolan for your hard and dedicated work! It is 7:30 on a Friday evening and you two were still at work fixing my daughter's car. Your professionalism and care in our concerns to ensure her car is working properly and safely is so much appreciated.I cannot express enough our gratitude to both of you. Once she got her car back, my daughter said her car is running better now than the other company that "fixed" it.Big O Tires corporation....please ensure these two get the recognition they deserve - no other employees at another company would stay to get the job done. I am grateful to them!!

Nolan was very helpful. He replaced all rotors and brake pads on my cargo van in a few hours. He was very well informed and explained everything to me and showed me what was going on. I highly recommend this big o tires. They did an amazing job.

I called to order some tires and they told me they would have them the next day, so I made an appointment. The next day they told me that they already had the tires but that they didn't have anyone to do the alignment, so I changed the appointment for the day after. I show up the next day and the receptionist is working on my truck installing the tires. He said they don't have enough mechanics and 4 hours later and still without my truck he tells me that they won't be able to do the alignment because my truck is too long and they don't have the necessary equipment. Tires were not filled to the required pressure. I asked to speak with the manager on duty and I was told that He already left for the day. First and last time I come here. Terrible service, poor customer service.

Good people, good service. I went in because my breaks were squealing through every tap. On the phone, the front desk guy told me what it probably was and gave me a ballpark estimate. I went in, dropped it off, came back 3 hours later and now my car doesn't whine anymore. Also it cost less than his estimate.It's been a week since I had the work done and I still have no complains. I'm going back next time I have anymore break or tire issues.

Nolan was about to close for the evening when I pulled up needing a new battery (just got a jump). He confirmed they had the right one in stock and did the quickest battery change I’ve ever seen. Great job!

I broke down .5 miles out with an hour before closing and Noleen, Mike, and Jake greatly helped me out putting my tire on. I received beautiful customer service from these guys. I would have been stranded without the help of them

I went in to get my vehicle checked for a knocking noise I heard, when I'd take off and reverse. they speed through the process of checking things and came to a conclusion that cost me $793.33 and it did not even stop the noise. cause as I pulled out backed up cranked the steering and then pulled forward cranked the steering it made the LOUDEST pop I've heard yet .. spotted the tech and showed him what sound I was talking about and seemed pretty embarrassed or concerned that I found that it was still popping and COULD NOT TELL ME WHAT IT WAS expected maybe a loose exhaust bracket.. I feel extremely SCAMMED ever since it changed form NTB and the former owner left .

Bad experience from a very disorganized store. I came in for new break pads due to a slight squeak that started the day before. First it allowed be to make an appointment for Sunday, they confirmed the appointment, then when I arrived I was notified they currently don't have any mechanics in on Sundays and they couldn't do anything. The man at least apologized for the inconvenience. my experience went down from there. The next day I arrived when they opened as instructed. The man said the work would be done by noon. Several hours later I got an update that I also needed new routers. The phone call seemed as if it was one of the first ones he has ever given even though it was the manager calling me. He was all over the place and didn't have any pricing information ready. I agreed to the work and was given a new time that my car would be ready. When it was time to pick it up they said there was another delay as they picked up two different routers and didn't notice they were different until after they were installed. The time was pushed back again because they had to uninstall the miss matched one and get the correct one. When it was time to pick up my car again which was after 5pm at this point it still was not ready. I was in the back for 5 minutes and could hear the mechanic talking and in those 5 minutes I lost all confidence that the mechanic knew what he was doing at one point he asked if parts were installed upside down or backwards. They finally finished then the mechanic said he didn't exactly know it was the routers and when he looked at it again maybe it was the calipers he was unsure after the work was completed. I was charged for parts that may or may not have been needed, that may or may not have been installed correctly. The only way to know for sure would be to take it to another shop and have to pay for another inspection and more labor. I understand being understaffed but this shop was completely disorganized and didn't know what they were doing.

Went in for a alignment that I already called over the phone for explained what all has been done to my truck. They assured me there would be no problem and they would be able to get it done quickly and efficiently. I went in they put my truck on the lift and told me they wouldn’t be able to do the alignment because of my mods and my mudding tires. As I explained to them this is why I called over the phone they told me they had no recognition of my phone call. So I went on to say drop my truck I will go some where else they copped an attitude with me.

Does not keep up to their word.1st time going there i was sapose to get an alignment and bought the 3 alignments for 130 and the second time i went they couldn't because that truck had been leveld and had a new set of wheels on it.2nd time going i was sapose to get a diagnosis for my lack of powerstering and they diagnosed the things i had already replaced myself. Now i thought that i had maybe put it on wrong but i had another shop tell me something els. Was sapose to get another diagnosis but they canceled 2 times then said they never had me on the list. To make it worse they refused to diagnosis bc my truck was modded.

They are very selective about alignments on trucks and will decline you in most cases. Do not recommend alignments here after a buddy of mine told me they wouldn't do an alignment on his 2017 F150.

Forty minutes after being told it would take 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change and tire rotation I was asked which vehicle was mine and they would start on it. The excuse was because someone went to lunch and they didn’t know. I watched 3 different employees sit in a chair in the garage bay opening smoking and looking at their phones in the 40 minutes that I was waiting thinking my car was being serviced!

Understaffed as of 2021Went here before and got speedy helpful service. This week I came in, waited for about 5 minutes till someone came to the desk, and they said they didn't have my online appointment and couldn't rotate my tires. I asked for a reschedule later the same week. They said OK. I called before coming in the rescheduled time to verify they had me ready. They said "yeah we will try to fit you in it might be a bit of a wait". Then I come in and stand there 10 minutes, and give up.I bought from big o tires for the lifetime service. Very disappointing. Not worth the extra money unless you want to wait 3 hours for a tire rotation.Edit: I'll add here that I used to go to a different location that started to have this problem pre-COVID, and this location was far better. Times change, oh well.
