If I could give them a zero I would. My husband made me an appointment to get my hair permed, and when you book online it doesn't give you the option of what your hair type is if it's long if it's short for a perm. The moment I got there, they said it's gonna be a bit so I sat down the guy came out.Looked my hair up and down and said, i'm not going to do your service today.Because how long your hair is and I kept saying, well, I booked the appointment in advance, like I just don't understand like why you guys couldn't call me and just tell me this Uber the phone instead of wasting my time coming here if you're going to deny me not even 2 seconds being here and the guy's like, well I know what I'm doing. And I was like, well I also know what you're doing. I've had perms, and the guy was just very disrespectful. Luckily, olatha got me in the same day and took care of me and they treated me more with respect than the salon. Did management just push it aside? 'cause when he came out to apologize, I was upset and I was having a panic attack because I don't appreciate a man talking down to me. Like I'm less than him when he came to apologize, he said, if you're not going to pay attention, I'm not going to apologize and walked off my biggest thing was he said I could get you in the next day, but I was trying to figure out what time would work best cuz, I have church and he said, who I'm the same religion, and I know what time These services are so you can make it if you wanted this. I just do not recommend. Come in here if you want to be disrespected.And I will not be coming back to this location

The service was terrible. The esthetician had no real experience doing the procedure. My daughter left the store with dye all over her face and she refused to remove it because she would take off the dye on the eyebrows. My daughter has had this service done at other facilities multiple times and we have never walked out of a place looking like that. So ridiculous.

Checked in 10ish minutes prior to appointment start time. Sat and waited for 15 minutes AFTER appointment start time and never saw the stylist. Also listened to the girls’ at the counter talk about how bad the tip was that somebody left. Stylists are not the only ones with valuable time.

Kendra is legit. She listened to my request and concerns. She was honest and told me what we could do to make my haircut more manageable. My hair has never looked better. I will return for her services.

I went into your Lenexa store to buy a specific brand and color of nail polish for my wife. A tall blonde lady finally noticed me staring at her. She asked “ What do you want?” I told her and she found one bottle. I asked if they could order additional bottles? No, THEY don’t let us do that! You might try 119th Street! I thought, or you might call for me. ? I paid $13 for the polish. When I got home, I Googled Nail Supply and ordered 3 bottles for $6.50 apiece. I don’t mind paying more for good service. Sadly, I won’t be back!

Best service at BB ever. Kendra is marvelous. She doesn't talk all the time, she listens to what you are needing and does a lovely job. Got a great cut for my thin, graying hair. Will return and ask for her!

Kendra was an amazing stylist. As soon as she saw me , she make me feel welcome . She listened to me and pay attention to details , always talked to me with a friendly tone,. She was very delicate washing my hair and while brushing it . We had a briefly conversation however it was great ! Her energy towards me brighten my days .

My daughter and I had the best experience with our stylist Jennifer B today. 1/13/24 She is very good at what she does and made us feel very comfortable we will definitely be going back to see Jennifer from now on.
