The guys there were great. Went in for a new battery, and it was installed within 10 minutes. They made sure it wasn't the alternator and checked to make sure the old battery was actually dead. I couldn't have asked for better service on an otherwise awful day.

I can't speak to my experience with this store. But my experience using this website and trying to actually order stuff is absolute garbage. It would not let me order what I needed to instead all it tried to give me was articles that were of no use

Went in to have them test my battery. Turned out it was a bad one so they helped me buy a new one and installed it for me at no extra charge! They were a little understaffed but super friendly and fast!

I didn’t appreciate the attitude of a worker named Thomas he clearly didn’t wanna assist me and on top of that I witnessed him pull a cigarette out of another employee’s mouth. I could tell the employee didn’t appreciate that and I honestly think she could have a case for harassment. Either teach Thomas some boundaries or get him out of there.

I work close to this AutoZone but I live 20 mins away I pass by 2 AutoZones to get to this one. They are knowledgeable and very helpful and patient as long as I can get help like this I will continue using them. Their prices are reasonable but the customer service is great. I wish I could remember his name that helped me personally but they all were just as great

Yesterday I opened my car hood to find the oil filler cap gone. I stopped at AutoZone to buy a new one. The employees were extremely helpful and respectful! I bought a new cap as well as all three new wipers. They replaced all four items on my minivan very quickly and kindly! Great experience. Please commend whoever was working on Sunday afternoon 2/4!
