It's rare to find a servicing shop with great customer service that is also honest and up front. Neil & Erik made sure I was in the loop and even suggested I hold off on a repair a while longer as it wasn't need just yet. A breath of fresh air.

Took my wifes 2009 Volvo in for Oil Change and A/C check up. These folks are so honest I am very humbled by the service they provide. They will always call if they find a problem which is going to add to the cost estimate already agreed upon. Wife's A/C just needed a flush and charge with new refrigerant, granted can't tell u how perfectly it works, but for a few days she had much cooler a/c prior to winter returning to Lenexa. We will only use Autopia for any rpairs on this Volvo due to the honesty of thes mechanice and management at Autopia.

Great shop for your European vehicle. Eric was great to work with. I took my 2016 Audi Q5 in for an oil change, new battery install and 4 wheel alignment. Prices are obviously better than the dealership. They checked to make sure battery needed to be replaced then Eric called me with the price before doing the work. George and Neil followed up the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied. Outstanding service and communication. Highly recommend. I will definitely return in the future.

Was new in KC and looking for a new reliable shop because my VW GTI 07 was on it's last leg. I was impressed a few times by these guys and finally decided to write a review. They really care about their work and about their customers. They would text me back updates to the minute most times. I've never had an issue with the price and the few times I pushed back on the quote, they were able to break it down and I was able to corroborate what they were telling me either online or from others mechanics. I've been working on cars my entire life and these are car people. Go here for quick, knowledgeable, and honest mechanics.Neil, Erik, John all commendable.

I go here for alllllll my car needs(for 7-8years now). I've had nothing but positive experiences. As a female, it's easy to be taken advantage of by mechanics. This shop has always prioritized saving me money by explaining what work was more urgent, and what could be put off til later. I've driven older cars, so work needed can add up. I also appreciate how they update you throughout the process and do their best to get you mobile again asap. Fast, friendly, and honest work!

I was very very impresse with this shop. From start to finish I brought in my 2003 Lincoln because the service engine light was blinking I dropped it off next day they called and walk me through everything they found the problem and got it fix right away at a very reasonable price. Now my Lincoln runs like a dream again. I'm going to have all my cars going to this shop.
