I’ve been the recipient of home infusions through PromptCare for many years, and it’s the BEST decision I’ve ever made! I was hesitant at first, having switched from an outpatient hospital setting, but I have loved getting to know the nurses and staff. Medication delivery is quick and efficient. Scheduling is a breeze too! A major added bonus is that I absolutely ADORE my nurse, Tisha. She gets to know you on a personal level, and is so personable and professional. I can truly say that I look forward to my next infusion because I enjoy getting to chat with her the entire time! I highly recommend PromptCare if you are in search of a great infusion service provider.

Excellent care and expert staff. Tisha has been my infusion nurse for over a year and she does great. Anyone that comes when her schedule changes, provides the same great care.

I was “forced” by insurance to change SpecialityPharmacies. I will miss the kind people at ARJ. My medications, supplies, and needs were met promptly by this company. I hope the new one does as good of job taking care of me! From making sure I had tape or cleaner wipes to sharps container they were spot on!! Thank you

I ran into a wall last night and woke up with a bruise that was still warm. I called ARJ around 10 am for a nurse to come give me a home infusion of Advate since I am headed out of the country this weekend. Nurse was at my house by 3. Replacement factor was in my doorstep after I got back from dinner. Amazing as always!!! Thank you
