I began using 180 supplies for over a year and from day 1 it has been 100% Satisfaction. More companies should take lessons from their Customer. Service. But its more than providing supplies there are other companies you can get your supplies from. They provide after care with knowledge, education and just complete sincere care about our health challenges.

We love 180 Medical! We have used them for over ten years and they have always been accommodating and super helpful. We appreciate that employees are familiar with our needs and use some of the supplies themselves. We recommend 180 Medical to all of our friends and families who need cathing and other supplies.

Absolutely horrible service! My wife underwent an emergency colostomy and learned how to use Hollister products for her self care. Insurance approved us for what products she wanted to use and 180 Medical had the audacity to tell us they won’t sell new patients Hollister products. They would only sell new patients ConvaTech. On top of which they wouldn’t sell anything until we receive their sample box. The sample box arrived and they sent non compatible parts for the two-piece system. The ring on the skin barrier 2.75” diameter and the ostomy pouch has a 2.25” diameter. Even the packing list in the sample box showed the materials were different sizes. See picture. Basically the sample box is useless and she’s short on supplies.Instead of being helpful, 180 Medical is only adding stress to our already difficult situation.Unfortunately I could not rate them at zero stars.Mike

180 medical has been a blessing to me. All there have shown genuine interest in me as a whole person. I feel, I am not a customer, I feel I am an important client. They have gone to great lengths to make me feel this way. Back in 2012, I had major surgeries. These led to many challenges. Life altering permanent challenges. A very highly regarded and respected Urologist recommend them. Since then, as my relationship with 180 Medical has grown, it just keeps getting better. I am greatful and Blessed. 180 Medical played a huge role in this.Sometimes my speech is challenging, due to the surgeries. I usually write better than I speak. My word is my bond. Thank you.R. Employee attempted to run into my work truck as I was in the parking lot early in the morning before office hours. Very impatient continually honking horn and flipping me off.No excuse for someone appearing to have enough authority to unlock the door to act in such a disgusting self absorbed manner.
