Vibe, vibe VIBE! I can't say enough about this incredible salon. The owner is just so warm and thoughtful. The location is perfect. The people are amazingly talented - their whole team is just top-notch. No doubt anyone who steps foot inside will enjoy the experience, from the esthetic to the plentiful products to choose from and all the wonderful aromatics within. This is a must schedule place. Been seeing Adrianna for my hydra facials & dermaplan. Phenomenal service and super relaxing. Adrianna is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what my skin needs. I don't use botox or fillers so facials are a must for my mature skin. You deserve some pampering!

I really enjoyed all my experiences at this salon. I've come in about 5 times for cuts or color. My main issue is that twice now I've had my stylist leave the salon. The inconsistency is not ideal and I prefer to see the a single stylist who knows my hair.

For a few months now, I’ve been visiting Xiphium for haircuts, and most recently, highlights. Kat was my hair stylist. Overall, I was quite pleased. Yet, over the weekend, I received a phone call telling me that Kat was leaving Xiphium and so the appointment I had previously scheduled for the 23rd of December would have to be canceled. When I requested a replacement stylist and an appointment for the approximate same time frame, I was told that all the other stylists did not have appointments available, but that I could be placed on a waiting list. With the holidays approaching, I wanted something more assured, so I declined placement on the waitlist. I’ve since found a new hair salon and scheduled an appointment; nonetheless, I’m genuinely disappointed that Xiphium handled my patronage in this manner. Perhaps, one of their other stylists could have put in a little overtime or something? Overall, I was left feeling unvalued as a client. It’s made very clear by Xiphium Salon that if as a client you fail to keep an appointment without prior notice, that you’ll be charged; however, it would appear Xiphium Salon does not feel any responsibility or obligation to their clients, should one of their stylists leave with client appointments unfulfilled.

The absolute BEST salon in Kansas City. Having been coming to Xiphium for many years and it is wonderful. The salon is a gorgeous space, but the incredible quality of services is what really sets it apart. Vilma and her staff are true artists. Highly recommend.Services: Blowouts

I've been going to Lissy at Xiphium since I moved to KC and she has been absolutely AMAZING!! She has helped me so much in achieving my hair goals, I wouldn't trust anyone else at this point. She always helps to give me recommendations when I'm not sure what I should do and always delivers on my requests. We work in botanical treatments between my balayages and my hair has never been healthier than it is now! She is amazing and so is the salon. Such a great atmosphere and ALL of the staff that I've interacted with have been SO KIND and happy to help. (Attached: two pictures of different balayages I got from Lissy)
