“Yesterday I shopped at the cutest boutique, Addie Rose. I love their unique styles and sizes for not only the lucky who are 5’5 and over but also 5’2 littles like myself. The sales associate , who happens to be the manager, Megan, was very friendly, and took the time too help me find exactly what I was looking for my event. The stylist at my favorite boutique, Frankie & Jules, recommended that I visit this “neighbor” boutique. This says a lot to me that a boutique speaks highly of another. And from my understanding the admiration goes both ways. Excellent, quality clothing, both trendy and classic styles, superior customer service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere are reasons why I plan on being a return customer to Addie Rose Boutique. I ALWAYS support small business and I encourage people to add this one to your list!”

The moment I entered your store I was greeted with a friendly smile & was asked if I was looking for something in particular. I could tell that these ladies enjoyed helping their customers. All three of the ladies assisted me in some way or another, from seeing if they had what I initially was looking for, to handing me dresses she thought I may like while in the changing room which I did find a dress I'm absolutely happy with. I must say they completely turned around my negative experience I had @ the previous store! I appreciated your great customer service!”

“I went into the Vineyard Vines in Leawood today to be greeted by a great young man named Rowen. We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. He reminded me of my son that is close to his age. After shopping there today, I will always choose this location in KC to do my VV shopping and highly recommend it to everyone! “First time in probably 10 years I went to The Buckle. I’m transitioning from a leggings gal to a jeans girl. I wanted comfy jeans and I remembered Buckle having comfy jeans. Not being an “in-store” shopper, I ordered several things online to pick up in the store. When I arrived to grab my order (which took under two hours for them to pull together) I was just going to run in and out. That was the plan. One of the reasons I choose to buy online and there’s multiple reasons, is that if I was to go in a store, I would stay forever looking and trying on. Being a mom of eight I don’t get much time by myself. When I have a I don’t get much time by myself. When I have an opportunity To shop by myself, it turns into an all day ordeal. What was supposed to be a 15 minute in and out ended up being an hour and a half. I kept on seeing things I liked and wanted to try on, and then the girls were more than happy to find me other articles of clothing to try on. When things didn’t fit, they came back with the right size and if the size wasn’t available they would give me a different brand, but same style. They were born to be s stylist/personal shopper, and I appreciate that because I have no style (remember everyday legging person here). I may appreciate it but my bank account does not?. At the end of my “Lost in The Buckle” Episode I ended up being late to an appointment which is primarily my fault because along the way, I lost my keys. The three employees in the store helped me for 10 minutes trying to find them. Apparently I had set them on a table when looking at shirts. Long long story short I ended up returning the two jeans I bought online along with one shirt and bought four jeans, six tops and a pair of shoes. Three of the tops and the shoes were on clearance and super cheap. Yes, I ended up spending more however, I’m extremely happy with what I got. All I can say (actually I say a lot bc I’m a rambler) is that the online ordering and picking up in store was easy and quick, the employees were amazing, and the clothes are just cool.”
“I love this store and the products for women. Upon entering the store I'm always greeted by friendly, welcoming workers. The store is organized and clothing is neatly displayed. The website is easy to shop and order from as well, as it's helpful to know I can return or exchange an item if needed. And if I do need to make a return or exchange, the workers and helpful and friendly about it.”
“My maid of honors went in not knowing what to expect. Angela and Carolyn were immediately kind and asking me (the bride) questions to best fit my needs for my bridesmaid dresses. I definitely recommend this place to any bride/bridesmaids looking for bridesmaid dresses. I am having a huge wedding party and my dresses will be different styles! They have such an easy process for that! My maid of honors also loved it here!”

She was so good, she just saw the swatch and pointed out the pants. No need to double check.That woman is a gem, y’all.”

“I just love this store. The sales ladies are fun, personable and so helpful! I have never felt unwelcome, even when I run in there with no makeup and workout wear. It's always a great experience even when returning items. Not to mention, I love the clothes, shoes & jewelry selection. They will always order something if they don't have my size in stock (and then the shipping is free!).”

I told him what I need and want. He did all the work for me. In and out in a hour. A little more than an hour. I got shoes socks slacks belt two shirts jacket and a tie! Rance did it all.

“Never been inside any LOFT store ever before and my first experience was beyond GREAT!! Every worker was friendly and welcoming from the time I entered the door. Not only did they set up a dressing room for me, they assisted me with finding occasional pants in the back and even helped me order additional pants styles online. I’ll be back again because the customer service is GREAT!!”
“We've just successfuly completed our children's picture wardrobe and I want to recognize the younger long-haired male employee's patience and professionalism in processing a dozen or so returns from half a dozen in-store, held, and online orders. I didn't have a single receipt and through a combination of CC#, phone, and email address he was able to work through the pile.We always end up getting the outfits that matter from the Gap!Thank you,”
