“Yesterday I shopped at the cutest boutique, Addie Rose. I love their unique styles and sizes for not only the lucky who are 5’5 and over but also 5’2 littles like myself. The sales associate , who happens to be the manager, Megan, was very friendly, and took the time too help me find exactly what I was looking for my event. The stylist at my favorite boutique, Frankie & Jules, recommended that I visit this “neighbor” boutique. This says a lot to me that a boutique speaks highly of another. And from my understanding the admiration goes both ways. Excellent, quality clothing, both trendy and classic styles, superior customer service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere are reasons why I plan on being a return customer to Addie Rose Boutique. I ALWAYS support small business and I encourage people to add this one to your list!”

I spent over an hour in the store trying on different pieces to find the right fit, and these women helped me exceptionally. They helped give me feedback on the way an item was designed to fit and how it looked on me and always brought me extra sizing options to choose from when one item didn't fit like we thought it should. I am so thrilled with my new clothes and am so thankful Debra and Julie were so patient with me. “I went into the Vineyard Vines in Leawood today to be greeted by a great young man named Rowen. We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. He reminded me of my son that is close to his age. After shopping there today, I will always choose this location in KC to do my VV shopping and highly recommend it to everyone! “I decided to completely overhaul my wardrobe and to buy pieces I know I will enjoy for years. Shopping is NOT my jam and I told the staff that I was anxious. Holy Cow!! So so sweet and helpful! I didn't finish shopping the first day I went back the following day. I was helped by Jacob, Peter, and Elise between the 2 days. Top tier service and kindness all around. There are some shops in this center where the staff are pretty snooty and not welcoming. Not sure what that vibe is about, but I can say that there was none of that in this store!! My favorite piece I bought is the green coat (in picture below). I am going to wear this thing until the sleeves fall off. ?”

“I’m blown away by the customer service I received from Alexis and Zac. I purchased online and needed to exchange but didn’t know what size. Alexis brought me multiple styles and sizes to ensure I found the perfect fit. Alexis was wearing a pair of jeans that were so cute on her that I ended up buying another pair. Although the store didn’t have my size they offered to ship and waived the shipping fee to prevent me from paying twice. Honestly, I didn’t think about. It made my experience even more pleasant and anxiety free. Lastly, Zac provided me a card with my sizes in case I ordered online or came back into the store. Unfortunately, I find shopping to be stressful; however, their personalities and honesty made me feel so comfortable that I will definitely be back. Thank you Alexis and Zac! ?”
“This is the BEST Anthro I have ever been to in terms of staff. Went here on Black Friday it was crazy and still multiple staff members went out of their way to help me but not in an overwhelming way, more like your shopping with a bunch of your besties kind of way. I want to be friends with all of the employees here, they are beautiful and kind and shine so bright. It seems like they all love the store and enjoy working there which is just so rare I really enjoyed the whole experience!”

“I came in for a suit. Mr. Rance was working. He is a professional stylist in regards to men’s clothing.
I told him what I need and want. He did all the work for me. In and out in a hour. A little more than an hour. I got shoes socks slacks belt two shirts jacket and a tie! Rance did it all.
Thank you Macy’s and to Rance, I will be back.”

“Never been inside any LOFT store ever before and my first experience was beyond GREAT!! Every worker was friendly and welcoming from the time I entered the door. Not only did they set up a dressing room for me, they assisted me with finding occasional pants in the back and even helped me order additional pants styles online. I’ll be back again because the customer service is GREAT!!”

“I visit this location every other month or so. I live in small town America and drive 45min to get there. Yesterday, I visited and while looking at jeans was greeted and asked if I needed a fitting room. She also asked for my shoes size. When I went to the room, she’d added shoes, a blazer, jewelry and a hat. I was wearing jeans and a white tee when I walked in. I see a lot of complaints about customers not feeling like they received the customer service they expected. I enjoy seeing the employees chat with customers and I will often strike up conversation when paying or getting a fitting room. I also don’t have a problem asking for a fitting room or speaking up, but frankly I’ve never had to regardless of what I’m wearing. I consider them to be mid-level luxury. They are not paid on COMMISSION, so unless they’re personally prejudice, they would have no reason to ignore someone based on how they look. White glove or concierge service requires a higher price point than Evereve carries, but they offer a far more elevated experience than a department store or Old Navy.”
