I needed a quick car wash and interior clean and these guys did a great job and did it fast! My car looked beautiful when they were done.

If your not physically handicapped it is completely worthless. They will just wash your car and they won’t clean interior well even if your chosen best plan

I paid for the most expensive wash/interior detail package and sat for 25 mins with my two kids. When they told me it was done I came out and he literally didn’t even throw the empty water bottles away, so I asked him to and then I saw none of my cup holder had been cleaned so he half way cleaned those. When I drove off I realized he didn’t even completely vacuum my vehicle. Not to mention my rims were still dirty, there was still finger prints all over my screen. I’m not sure what he actually did clean. I called and “Kirby” said they will redo it but with two small children I need it done right the first time, now it’s an inconvenience for me to have to come back in because they can’t do their job right to begin with. I won’t be purchasing the monthly rate after seeing how they do their jobs.

The employees inside were awesome, the kids outside were friendly but were absolutely nonchalant on the jobs they were doing. I paid the $50 option to get everything done and they missed the trunk area, and the floor mats were never moved and dirt and hair was still down there. The seats on the sides weren’t wiped and when I asked them to do the back part of my suv they apologized but then talked crap to themselves afterwards while I was still standing there. Financially as business new customers are imperative for growth. It’s too bad, I work right down the street and would’ve came to them biweekly as I own a luxury suv. I tried to have this rectified with the office and called right after but the number never stopped being busy. Disappointing.

First, I must say I miss the drop off and go inside. Always get gas and a wash here. The service and staff are always outstanding. Clean and uncluttered sitting areas to wait while your car is being wiped down.

Do NOT ignore the 3.7-star rating this place has. It’s reflective of the quality of this car wash. I could have gotten a cleaner car using just a wet rag at home. My car left with dirt/grime still on it + water stains from a half-baked wash. I paid for the $16 hot wax express but am convinced it’s no different than the cheapest option.

Paid $45 and was upsold on the terms that they would scrub my mats, my seats, my steering wheel, and my screen being cleaned.
Instead, none of that happened and I requested a towel to do it all myself.
It wasn’t that it was missed it was that after I paid for it; I was told there are things they don’t do in case of liability.
Why charge me more?
Third time here and every time it’s been something.

My favorite Waterway Carwash!!! They're really good! No white spots on my black car, after going through their car wash. Their staff is the best! Always eager, smiling and very friendly; this is throughout the whole car wash. If I have any problems, management is eager to fix the problem, to your satisfaction.

Worst AND most expensive car wash (not detail) I've had in 40 years of car ownership.
Look at the photos to see what $55 "The Whole Thing" will buy you. Top 1/3 of back window was never touched, never lifted wiper blades to dry window, "cleaned" floor mats were reinstalled dripping wet. Tire shine? Nope. Rims cleaned? Nope, look like they've been smeared with toothpaste.
But they were fast, that's for sure!
Called to express my dismay and was told to bring it back, "But not right now because we're a little busy. Come back this evening. "
Who has time for that?!
Guy who answered the phone didn't even sound surprised or apologetic.
New to the area, will continue to look for a decent car wash. Suggest you do the same.

These kids are really polite & really good workers!! & do a great thorough job!!! Upper management really cares about there people!!! It is a fantastic company all around!!!

They have a new motorized car wash which pulls your car through the various stages, including drying. You pay in advance, stay in the car and just drive away when finished. At $9, much less expensive than the other options.

A long time customer. Always courteous. efficient service. Today, I am very disappointed by a management change in operations..Now I must pay for gas in the store, then pay for my car wash by the car wash entrance. The policy now, no longer will the service people take your keys, drive your car onto the track, then I wait in the store lobby to watch your car come through. I visit Waterway for this full service feature. I left. I always have problems getting my car on a car wash track. The service people said they were happy to direct me onto the track or get in the car to help me get onto the track but could not just do it for me! Of course, I still must pay $24 plus tip! I just don't get it, there are still two people at the entrance that could do what they have always done. Put my car on the track and then my car moves through the wash. Full-service is Full service, this is not it! Of course, no car wash in town will provide this little extra service, but then it would be half the money. Very disappointed by this change.
