This pharmacy has a great staff! We made a change to this pharmacy after repeated issues with the Walgreens at 151st and Antioch. These folks have their act together.
However, today when I went through the drive through, I found their bushes to be WAY overgrown.

The slowest pharmacy award goes to this one. Automatically, refill is a joke out of 3 drugs, 1 gets a refill, and so I have to make multiple trips. Total waste of time.

I’m a nurse at a local retirement community. On this day one of my patients needed an antibiotic which I called in at 4:30pm. The pharmacy had already made their delivery to our community so the patient’s wife who is elderly herself was going to have to pick up this prescription in inclement weather. Pharmacist Ed went above and beyond his duties by offering to deliver the medication to the community at the end of his shift which he did. I am beyond impressed by his kindness which reassures me that good people still exist.

I had an appointment at 2:15pm. I arrived at 2:05pm and I was presented with paper work I already filled out online. While I was waiting the techs couldn't find half the medications the patients were asking for. I waited until 2:45pm and they decided to help the family of 3 who had appointments at 2:30 and 2:45 before me. When I told them I had an appointment at 2:15 the doctor informed me he never got any paperwork. I had to leave because I only had a 30 minute lunch break and didn't think I would be pushed to the side like this. Absolutely awful service skills. I will never recommend. I wasted my entire lunch break, didn't get to eat, and now I have to wait for my vaccine so I can start my new job. I would give 0/5 stars, if I could.

Pharmacist John was my hero tonight! My kids’ prescriptions were out at our normal pharmacy and I tried 3 others within the same system- none of which had it. I decided to see if changing pharmacies would help and I was in luck! John located it immediately, helped get their prescriptions transferred over from 2 separate pharmacies and gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was working on them and I could head that way to make it before close. I cannot thank him enough! It was a great experience from start to finish!

I scheduled an appointment this morning for a flu shot at 12 at the 151st and Nall location in Overland Park KS. When I got there my name wasn't on the list but the lady at the counter found it in the system. She asked about paperwork and I told her I completed it online. Others started coming in with appointment times after mine and got their shots while I was still waiting. After 45 minutes I told the guy at the counter I needed to leave and to cancel the appointment. The entire time I was waiting the staff was talking about music, dogs and other personal stuff. That was the most inefficient process for something that should have been so simple and a waste of an hour of my day.I had previously gone to CVS for my flu shots and COVID vaccines and will continue to go there in the future because they are much more efficient and professional.

I'm not nearly as unhappy as some of these other people. My notable complaint is in the drive-thru pharmacy when you put the credit card back in the pocket in the bag, which inevitably gets thrown away. Then I dig through the trash to retrieve my credit card. Don't do this anymore.

I like it cause it's close to my home open at 8 am and besides the pharmacy it has a little bit of everything employees bare helpful

This location will not be participating in the government N95 mask distribution. I was told they will not be getting them. Probably getting them and selling them on the black market because the news reported that ALL Walgreens would be participating.

Ed the pharmacist is awesome. I’m a physician and I use this pharmacy because I find them efficient and their customer service is excellent.

DON NOT COME HERE!!! The old pharmacist is rude to many! Racist, sexist, xenophobic. I wouldn't buy anything here just out of spit for him. Never fills prescriptions on time. Always have problems with staff. DO NOT SUPPORT A RACIST DO NOT SUPPORT A SEXIST DO NOT SUPPORT A XENOPHOBE DO NOT SUPPORT A HOMOPHOBE

Always friendly, super fast service. I have been to other locations and had to wait in excess of an hour. I love this location.
