Slow service, rude and racist staff member: Chris. Originally charged me for prescription that was supposed to be covered by insurance. Told me it wasn’t and I went back, talked to a different person, got the refund. How am I supposed to trust this pharmacy if there is a racist person working in it?!

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever had. I drive a little farther just to come here. Ed is the most helpful, patient, and professionally kind pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with a handful of pharmacists and techs, and they’ve all taken great care of me! I greatly appreciate them!
In a world of rush and commotion, it’s a breath of fresh air to deal with this pharmacy!

Slowest pharmacy ever! My doctor’s office always calls our Rx into the wrong location and they never think to check the other location before telling us they don’t have anything. Rx will take about 2 days to fill on average

This Walgreens is my top tier pharmacy. I truly will not fill my medications at any other pharmacy if I can help it. The pharmacy techs are all fantastic and work fast and are always helpful and my two pharmacists could rule the world with their knowledge and work ethics. If there has been a hiccup it is always taken care of quickly. I love this store and staff.

This pharmacy has a great staff! We made a change to this pharmacy after repeated issues with the Walgreens at 151st and Antioch. These folks have their act together.
However, today when I went through the drive through, I found their bushes to be WAY overgrown.

The slowest pharmacy award goes to this one. Automatically, refill is a joke out of 3 drugs, 1 gets a refill, and so I have to make multiple trips. Total waste of time.

I’m a nurse at a local retirement community. On this day one of my patients needed an antibiotic which I called in at 4:30pm. The pharmacy had already made their delivery to our community so the patient’s wife who is elderly herself was going to have to pick up this prescription in inclement weather. Pharmacist Ed went above and beyond his duties by offering to deliver the medication to the community at the end of his shift which he did. I am beyond impressed by his kindness which reassures me that good people still exist.

I had an appointment at 2:15pm. I arrived at 2:05pm and I was presented with paper work I already filled out online. While I was waiting the techs couldn't find half the medications the patients were asking for. I waited until 2:45pm and they decided to help the family of 3 who had appointments at 2:30 and 2:45 before me. When I told them I had an appointment at 2:15 the doctor informed me he never got any paperwork. I had to leave because I only had a 30 minute lunch break and didn't think I would be pushed to the side like this. Absolutely awful service skills. I will never recommend. I wasted my entire lunch break, didn't get to eat, and now I have to wait for my vaccine so I can start my new job. I would give 0/5 stars, if I could.

Pharmacist John was my hero tonight! My kids’ prescriptions were out at our normal pharmacy and I tried 3 others within the same system- none of which had it. I decided to see if changing pharmacies would help and I was in luck! John located it immediately, helped get their prescriptions transferred over from 2 separate pharmacies and gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was working on them and I could head that way to make it before close. I cannot thank him enough! It was a great experience from start to finish!
