I went into the Vineyard Vines in Leawood today to be greeted by a great young man named Rowen. We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. He reminded me of my son that is close to his age. After shopping there today, I will always choose this location in KC to do my VV shopping and highly recommend it to everyone! An added plus....the store is so organized, clean and is beautiful! Thank you so much again, Rowen!

From the first time I walked into the Vineyard Vines in Leawood, I felt welcomed. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Beautiful product. Super clean. I was so impressed when one said I should grab a part time role with the team. With a full time career I didn’t give it much thought. Fast forward two years later and here I am, working that part time role with these amazing people. If you want to know why they are so happy, it’s because they feel valued by local leadership and corporate. They truly take care of their people. Shop here. Work here. Come hang out. I had Kayla Baldus the manager help me in store with a lot of online pricing issues. Then she took the extra time to help me find other great items in the store as well! Never have had a better experience and will return soon.

This new location had a great sale. Matt helped me find exactly what I was looking for! An overall great experience!
