The diamond in my wedding ring was becoming loose and I reached out for a quote to have it tightened. Angie contacted me within the next day and was very helpful on the phone with an estimate and any additional services such as polishing and cleaning. I scheduled an appointment to bring in my rings. Angie was great and communicated with me while they tightened my stone and polished it back to looking brand new. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to touch up their jewelry or to purchase a beautiful piece for a loved one. I can't thank Kristina at VanBrock enough for helping my fiancé and I create the perfect engagement ring. We had the best experience at VanBrock and left with a ring that is completely unique. I recently received a 10kt gold award ring the size of a large class ring. I got it for my wedding finger, size 10 and my wife wanted me to wear my wedding ring, since I was married to her and not my job, lol. So, when trying to wear it on my right hand (dominant hand), it was too tight, it needed to be sized up 1 size. I went to several local jewelers and no one would touch it. Finally called Van Brock and spoke to Rachel, her confidence and attitude drew me to the place. Within 1 week my ring was sized professionally to an 11 and perfect fit. Highly recommend this Jeweler for their customer service and friendliness.

This is the ONLY place I would send anyone to purchase any kind of jewelry, the staff is fantastic, the attention to detail cannot be rivaled anywhere. There was no pressure to purchase anything and we had the entire place to ourselves every time and were urged to take our time to ensure our selection was exactly what we wanted.
