Workers are rude. Screaming at me four customers back to do my Amazon return at the kiosk but I don’t have an Amazon return just an Amazon bag. Then rolls her eyes and motions for me to set my stuff down and scolds me for how my brightness was down on my phone. Hope her day gets better that was a terrible experience

The only reason they get one star is because I can't give them zero stars. This is a privately owned UPS they never seem to be able to print things submitted online. There have been times nobody is there during posted business hours. The manager here acts like he has somewhere better to be and you are bothering him by showing up. They act like you're the problem when they can't do their job like print something. Avoid - go somewhere else.

They have the best services but unaccurate updated infos
I went to a store ideally opened as mentionned in my search. Unfortunately the store was closed an hour and a half before the closing time.
I drove 30 min to the location and couldn't achieve what needed.

I Just want to say how I went to this store for a while now and it hasn’t always been the best service but recently over the last couple weeks the service has gotten a lot better. I don’t know if a women by the name of Lilly is a new hire or not but she was delightful . We talked and she helped me get in and out in a timely and efficient manner which is hard to come by these days. She was very polite and didn’t seem bothered to help when I asked questions. 10/10 service.

I come in with Amazon returns all the time so I’m familiar with the store. They’re always very kind, respectful and quick getting people in and out which is very much appreciated!

The UPS Store charged me $15 for a single notary signature, instead of the $5 rate offered by other UPS stores within the same state. They did not provide a list of prices for their services or inform me about the fee for notarization/signature beforehand. This practice does not align with best business practices.

I have tried to come by this location on 4 different occasions around 8:15-8:30 before work and not once has it been open. If you don’t open until later you should update your store hours online.

Tremendously helpful and patient. This team (especially Jay) works hard to provide customer satisfaction and give you all the options and avenues to get your shipping needs. Wayyyy better than the UPS store on 103rd in Watts Mill. This location is astronomically better.
