My wife and I came in last week looking for a platform bed. Although we told the sales associate (I believe his name was Mark or Marv) that we were at the beginning stages of researching bed frames, he was really helpful, allowing us to look around without badgering us, and answering all the questions we had. A beautiful store with great customer service!

I can’t remember the man’s name but he had glasses and was very helpful. We have purchased multiple beds in the past and needed some recommendations for my mother-in-law. He helped me find exactly what we needed.

My wife and I stopped into the Tuft & Needle Store in Leawood KS and were pleasantly surprised by the knowledge that Mark was able to impress upon us about their mattresses. Mark took the time to help us find a mattress we both loved. We will definitely be back when it's time to make a purchase.

This is not for the store but rather the hybrid mattress. This is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It is hard as a rock, and weighs more than any bed I have ever owned, you will need 4 people to move the California king size. The worst 2500.00 I have ever spent.

We visited the Leawood location upon receiving a strong recommendation from our daughter in law regarding her experience with Tuft And Needle and her purchase of the Mint mattress. We were greeted by Suzanne and we were pleasantly surprised with her demeanor and professionalism. Suzanne listened to our questions/concerns and she asked questions of us. We have purchased traditional mattresses and box springs over the past 45 years of marriage and Suzanne is the first person who listened to our concerns. She was able to answer our questions, satisfy our concerns of purchasing a non traditional mattress and never made us feel pressured in our decision. We were merely researching Tuft And Needle because of how highly it was recommended to us and we were so pleased that we made a purchase of the Hybrid in the same visit.

Everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful! They even managed to get me some fast shipping due to not having the size I was looking for in stock. The bed is so comfortable and the customer service was so great! I absolutely recommend going here for a mattress.

The lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the Mint Mattress. It's very comfortable mattress with a 10 yr warranty I believe. I am going to sleep comfortably tonight. I am very thankful for Tuft & Needle.

I previously purchased a Tuft & Needle bed back in 2014 before any brick & mortar type stores were available. I absolutely love my Tuft & Needle bed, but after a few moves around the world it was time for a new bed. Luckily this location was close by. Upon arrival JD greeted us and was very very kind and knowledgeable through all of our questions and going back and forth trying the 3 bed models they had available. JD even provided us with a list of places we could donate the old mattress to (if it's deemed donation worthy). Absolutely wonderful experience and will be coming back to this specific store in the future for the rest of our Tuft & Needle purchases.

I am so happy we found this store! We bought another brand & it was awful. After the experience of buying a bed without trying it, there was no way I was going to buy without trying again. Adrienne & Suzanne were knowledgeable about the products. We never felt pressure to buy more than we needed. It was a great experience. Y'all were great!The bed...LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! My husband & I are both sleeping much better. I'm sleeping much cooler! We both wake up with WAY less aches & pains & that's saying a lot because we both have bad backs.

I stopped by to try out the beds and worked with JD to figure out what would work best for me. He was really good at helping us decide what to buy. When I came back the next week Sarah was working and again helped us make the final decision and she even helped us load our car. I have really liked shopping here and will be informing others!
