My experience with Foot Spot started a week before Christmas 2023. For over five years I had acute and chronic pain when walking. It wasn't plantar fasciitis, but was situated in the joints of my feet. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I tried so many options over those five years to no avail. Numerous shoes for arthritis, inserts of all kinds, steroid shots, live stem cell therapy injections. I could go on and on. I was never able to even take a leisurely walk around the neighborhood as it was just too much pain to endure. I also broke both of my feet within a six month time period. I did not know it at the time, but I realize now that my footwear was not supportive enough, though I thought I had tried every product imaginable. My son brought me to Foot Spot several days before Christmas. I reluctantly went along, knowing that there was no answer. Gretchen Brewer was the salesperson that day. I put a pair of Hokas that she had adjusted with inserts and other products from Foot Spot. Still, in my mind, I thought this was going to be such a waste of time. After I put the shoes on, I felt an immediate difference, like the shoes were molded for my feet. The comfort was remarkable. I walked around the store and was awestruck. All of the pain was gone. ALL of it. It was immediate. I continued to walk the circumference of the store, because I just could not believe it. I finally realized that I just might have found the answer. After about 10 minutes I burst into tears. I knew at that point that I had my life back! We purchased two pairs of Hokas with Foot Spot products inserted, and two sets of slippers so that my feet would always be in products from Foot Spot. Gretchen was so knowledgeable and accommodating. Whatever was needed, Gretchen had the answer. I am reminded of the healing of my feet every time I run errands and I realize now that it doesn't matter how far from the entrance of the store is….I can walk!! I can go back to fast pace walking as a part of my routine. I will never forget Gretchen and Foot Spot. And of course my son! They both gave me my life back! Believing in the Best fit! Foot Spot is my forever store!

Insoles are amazing for plantar fasciitis, they’ve had really good sales both times I’ve gone, and the associates are super helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Outstanding service and a great professional & knowledgeable staff. Gretchen Brewer helped resolve some longstanding foot pain issues for us. We highly recommend this store for those clients caught between the medical office/physical therapy route to foot health and the general over the counter foot care products.

If you want to fix your painful feet or avoid bad feet when you are older, you need to visit this store at Ranchmart. I worked with Gretchen Brewer and she was excellent. She assessed my walking gait and diagnosed my problem and offered solutions. My over pronation had caused a sore corn on my right foot(my fault I was wearing sketchers which have minimal arch support). Gretchen helped me try on different shoes with a performance arch support and I found a pair that were perfect. When I walked in to the store my right foot was hurting. When I walked out in my new shoes, no pain. I am still pain free in those shoes/arch support. This is the place to get great advice and great shoes(love the Altra).

Custom inserts are great. I live out of town and have to commute during my off time to pick up the inserts. When I call to "schedule" an appointment to pick up my inserts I'm told the lady that helped me originally did not work that day and I would have to come back on the day she worked. Never in my life have I ever prepaid for a service and am told I had to work my schedule around an employee schedule. They then passed the phone to the next person after I said I'm on my way to get them. They gave me the excuse well we don't know what your foot issues are, and that they would have to cut the insoles. My response was well my foot issues are irrelevant as the insoles are already made for the issue at hand and I can cut my own insoles.Upon arrival there were 6 employees there, 4 who were doing nothing. I find it crazy I had 2 people try and tell me I couldn't pick them up during my free time. Again, insoles are great. Customer service not that great. Most likely won't go back.

Katy was a blessing dressed as aFoot Spot.Katy had a one person before attending to me. I fully under the need to get customers moving in and out. I didn’t mind the wait.Katy was extremely attentive listen to what my day to day activity was, my history with my workplace was so she could better serve what I needed.Hoka shoes were introduced to me.Yes the shoe may not be the most athletic looking. The comfort beats the look.I walked in the store with the new shoes. I was amazed as to how well they fit.Thank again Katy for your assistance and patience with me.

Very helpful. Measured feet and recommended new inserts too. Tried on shoes and told them we would think about them. They were not pushy or demanding. Thsnk you! We will be back.

I went there for the first time today and Katy was a huge help!!! She looked at my current inserts and could immediately see why I was having an issue with the ball of my foot. She was very helpful, patience and understanding of my needs and helped me find comfortable insets, shoes and even slippers.

Well thanks a lot Foot Spot. The walking/running shoes and inserts you fitted me are so comfortable I can’t bring myself to wear any other shoe! I don’t even want to walk around barefoot. You’ve spoiled my feet now nothing else will do. This is all your fault for getting me the most comfortable shoes and inserts I’ve ever had.

The Foot Spot was a very relaxing environment, extremely clean, all the staff was very friendly. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Curt! He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind! He made me feel comfortable and important. I will definitely be coming back to get my next pair of shoes here.

I went to the Foot Spot a few weeks ago, looking for a pair of walking shoes. They took the time to analyze my gait, explained my specific foot shape (high arches) and how that impacts me if I don't have proper arch support, and brought out 3 different pairs of shoes to try, along with their store-specific insoles. What a difference those insoles have made! I appreciate the time they took with me to observe and explain things. I highly recommend this location.

I have shopped at this store for four years and enjoy working with Gretchen. She has effectively addressed my issues with arch pain, arthritic ankles, and standing through most of my work day by fitting me with the right shoes. Additionally, she assisted me in getting custom orthotics which have been a great help to me. Gretchen gives excellent customer service and I recommend you visit her for help with your shoe and foot care needs.

Curt did a wonderful job getting me setup with a few pairs of New Balance 990s and Brooks! I was blown away by how I've been wearing shoes not made with the best support for my feet. As a former collegiate athlete, I wish I knew about the importance of the right shoes and inserts. I highly recommend this store as they know their shoes and care for their customers well.

Gretchen at the foot spot isamazing! I walked in because I needed shoes that have comfort but style for work. She listened. Was patient and got me into a few pairs to get me started. My feet don’t hurt anymore when in a wedge. When I arrived she was helping an older get fitted for a orthotics and you could tell he did not want toBe there. She was so non judgmental, you could tell he needed relief, and his wife wanted him to be comfortable. Gretchen you could tell was the calm between the couple as we are aging and things need to be adjusted!I hope the Foot Spot knows how lucky they are to have Gretchen. She was able to multitask as well since she pulled shoes for me while the other customer was trying his options. No disruption to either person. She is great! Highly recommend The Foot Spot. Ask for Gretchen!
