I submitted an urgent wire transfer request in person at noon and was told it would go out that day. They sat on the request for another 4 hours after I left and didn’t process it in time for the transfer to be completed that day.

I transferred money from my bank account to my TD account. TD places those funds on hold for 4 business days. Today I’m past that hold period. I was only able to use a portion of my AVAILABLE funds to make a purchase today. This is completely unacceptable! I tried calling them and after entering my account number correctly twice their system said I didn’t enter anything! I would NOT recommend this Company to ANYONE!!!

If you are calling from a Cell Phone, think again. Better use a land line as the Estimated Wait Time for what is laughingly called "Customer Service" is TWO HOURS! Apparently all branch offices are locked down and you must use the 800 number to get to India.

Sorry, we try our best to open an account with you. Unfortunately we will give up. We mailed twice what was requested, and always ask for the same things. We send copies of completed and signed forms, Brazilian Driver's License, Passport, US Household Energy Proof, Itin Number, Capitol Federal and Midwest Bank Bank Statement. Your competitor DriveWealth quickly opened our investment account. We really wanted to invest for Ameritrade.

I am currently a Scottrade customer that will be converted to Amerirade on 2/17/2018. i called Ameritrade to determine what services will be provided but since I don't have an Ameritrade account yet it has been a long wait.( over 7 minutes)and no one answers their phone.So far I am not impressed with Amertrade.

The phone # that shows for Overland Park location does not connect tocommon office reception. Recording asks for individual agent extension or routes to national switchboard which is busy.What's the point of having local Overland Park office # listedif you don't want me to call it. If I knew the correct extension #,I probably already would have the correct phone number andwouldn't be looking it up on the Ameritrade web location finder.
