This was my first time at Sydney’s Pet Spa and I am so impressed with the way that my dogs came out looking! Highly recommend as I have struggled to find a decent groomer. Thank you Sydney’s Pet Spa! We definitely be back!

It was my first time here, my baby girl (8 yrs old) was so nervous and shaking. I of course was panicked and said take your time, Indidntneant her rushed with new people. The facility is so nice and clean! The staff is super professional and friendly. I went to pick up my girl she pranced out so happy and looked fantastic!! They definitely found a new customer!

Had to last minute emergency board my dog due to our hotel providing misinformation on their website about allowing pets. After searching I was able to call same day and reserve my dog a stay for 2 weeks until our trip was over and we could take him home. I was extremely anxious about doing so as I’ve never sent my dog to boarding, daycare, etc. The staff treated me and my four legged baby with the best care. When my mommas boy puppy came out to finally take him home he wasn’t even nearly as excited to see me as I was anticipating, my guess is he was very happy hanging out with the staff members at this boarding facility. I’m very pleased and thankful for this facility and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Love the friendly staff that did a great job with my cats when I had to board them for the first time. They told me about how they did their best to befriend my standoffish cat and how they were allowed to pet her by the time I picked them up. I appreciated how they did their best to make my cats feel safe and me feel comfortable leaving them there.

Super great place to take your pup! I have only doing boarding but plan to do day care soon. Only issue I have is that I signed up for daily check ins and they don’t always send them. They do credit you for each check in they miss.

We took Daisy Donut to a new groomer today because we needed a last second haircut and wash. Donna was her groomer and did a fabulous job! Thank you for working us into the schedule!

This was the first time leaving our 3-year-old GSD for 2 days. She seemed to have enjoyed it there, but she was happy that family was back. The staff was pleasant and reassured that all went well. I will use their service again.

A while back, my girlfriend dropped her kitty off for the day here and when the kitty was picked up he had clearly never been taken out of his carrier. Their reason was that he "didn't have all of his shots" when he actually did but it was under a different name. He also supposedly wasn't in their system so they supposedly didn't know who he was, but his paperwork was on the desk and they just never put it in.The kitty ended up traumatized and clearly had separation anxiety from this, it also caused some distress between my girlfriend and the kitty as he didn't trust her for a lil bit after.I don't recommend using this spa for boarding as there are clearly issues with how they handle not just pets but their documentation as well. Poses a safety risk for pets who might have specific needs.

I cannot recommend Sydney's enough. We have used them for grooming for almost 10 years, and we just got two new puppies and are using them for daycare for these two monsters as well. The pups are so happy to go there in the morning, and you can just tell how well-loved they are by the whole staff! They do fun activities throughout the year as well.

We specifically told them twice not to cut our Irish wolfhounds hair, she is extremely calm and previous groomers said she sits there and does not cause any problems and the only reason someone would cut her hair is if they were lazy. When I showed back up to pick her up she had been nearly shaved.

Booked my dog for boarding with half days of daycare for a week. I spoke to two people about not wanting her in a cage all day and they assured me half daycare would be great. The day I went to drop her off there was a sign on the door that stated daycare was closed for 3 weeks. I called and was informed she will be in the cage most of the day. Incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible.Edit: there was a lot of miscommunication, but the manager called, which I appreciate, and said daycare is available starting tomorrow.

I just saw that they switched their manager to Kira. Kira has always been exceedingly rude and unknowledgeable. This place is going to go downhill under her management and dogs are not going to be well taken care of.
