This is most unfriendly, snobby store I have ever been into. I was looking at the jewelry cases forever and no one came over. I was actually very interested in buying something but the ladies working there were too busy doing stupid tasks that they couldn’t see I needed any help. Rude rude all around

I went into the Leawood, KS store on December 10, 2023 and it has to have been the most disappointing customer service experience I have had in a long time. I was ready to check out and the woman next to the counter was chatting with someone she clearly knew. I stood there for about five minutes before she acknowledged me from her conversation and said someone would be right with me. Another associate was bustling behind the counter and I honestly thought she must not have been trained to run a register because she also did not acknowledge me. She was doing other things, at least and the only one of the associates in the store not holding personal conversations, which was made clear from the topics they were discussing. I worked high end retail, part time for over 12 years. I find it difficult to believe that this is the impression Sundance wants their customers to leave with. Unfortunately, it is experiences like this that are making brick and mortar stores more obsolete. I can order online without having to deal with people or being made to feel invisible.

Bad experience at this store. Sales clerks (2) did not greet me or even ask if I needed help although neither one doing anything but standing there. I finally asked if they could help me and one grudgingly did so. No customer service and downright rude. Will not shop here again. For the prices they charge they need to brush up on their people skills.

I love our Leawood Sundance store! Everyone that works there is always helpful, honest when asked advice about fit, and are just lovely people. It is my favorite place to treat myself to a new outfit. I have shopped from the Sundance catalog for many years, but it is awesome to have a store nearby now. A special shout out to Grace, Geri and Cindi, who always make me feel more like a friend than a customer : )

I live about 3 hours away from the Sundance Boutique in Leawood. Although I love the catalog and browsing online, the best Sundance shopping is in the boutique! I had no idea I could do virtual shopping until I had the greatest time doing just that with Stevie!!!! She walked me through the store showing me everything from new arrivals to sale items. She held up pieces and described the texture and fit. It was so much fun! It truly was like being in the store. Stevie was most helpful and spent the time making a wonderful shopping experience! I highly recommend Stevie in the Leawood Sundance store and virtual shopping!!!!

Stevie from the Leawood KS store is INCREDIBLE. I walked in not having a clue what I was looking for and walked out with beautiful clothes that not only look great but make me feel AMAZING. She offered a level of customer service that you just don't get from other retailers. I love the Sundance brand for their level of quality, their beautiful catalogs and gorgeous stores. I recently had a Virtual shopping appointment with Stevie at the Leawood Sundance Boutique. She was so fun to work with and was able to understand my style after a few questions. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and brought my attention to several adorable items. Check out was fast and my purchases arrived by FedEx the next day! Such a great experience during these uncertain times!

I’ve shopped the Sundance catalog for years, but somehow had no idea there were physical stores. A newer friend, who works at the Leawood boutique, offered a personalized tour via FaceTime. Of course, the “tour” wound up being a shopping spree...and although only seen virtually and not tried on, all but one of my items was perfect (even shoes) because she asked the right questions about fit/style/body type/etc. She even found my size in a fab belt from another store. Shipping was prompt and the return was easy. But most of all, it was a fun and personalized experience. And I feel less like I live in a “retail desert” on a rural island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Mahalo, Stevie!

This may be your new favorite place to get yourself that amazing outfit or cool piece of jewelry or even something for your home. Sundance catalog has always been my favorite indulgence. I treat myself with things from Sundance but dont purchase a lot because it is a little pricey. I LOVE this new store but even though I see tons of things I want i only purchase once in a while and one or two things Each time. I actually try to stay away from there because I love so many things in there. If you're looking for a special gift or something special and unique I believe you would find it in this store. Now that we have this store you can see something you love in the catalog and go try it on in the store. Its very nice to have this store in our area.

The first time it went to the store was on a Saturday very busy Saturday with many people in the store . I had was excellent service they were very helpful accommodating and when I had to wait for a few minutes they were very apologetic -it was wonderful experience! I found many things that I like to buy and spent quite a bit of money second time I went I return something and exchange something for a different size it went very well as well they were very accommodating and kind and helpful ! The third time I came to return an item and order something something online. There was no one in the store except the employees two of them they were busy putting things away and folding items I waited at the front for approximately four minutes and they said that they be there in a minute waiting for another two then as soon as the lady got to the cash register she received a phone call which she took did not help me. She kept talking to the lady and trying to help her and putting more items away while I stood there and waited. Then she didn’t even apologize for keeping me waiting and was rude to me when she asked what card was used . I feel as a customer in the store I should have been helped first Or at least been apologize to for keeping me waiting . Better to be kind and not rude ! I will come back but I hope that I never encountered this one employee again

Staff was amazing! They helped me put together a whole look for my sons wedding. They were more than accomadating, even calling multiple stores to locate one item. Esme the manager couldn't have been nicer even though I kind of took up a lot of her time! Can't wait for my next trip!
