I bought a Sprinter van from Chester and Deb...great vehicle...but, it's been 40 days and I've yet to receive the vehicle Title from the State of Kansas...since delivery February 10 I've lost over $4,000.00 in bookings that this vehicle could have/should have done...Deb and Chester were wonderful to deal with up to the point of delivery and full payment...since then no has returned phone calls, zero followup...if this is the kind of service you like..then Deb and Chester are looking forward to meeting/dealing with you....call today....today, March 29 makes it 48 days ago Chester and Deb dropped off my 2020 Sprinter van...very nice vehicle...still sitting right where they parked it in front of my house...I can't drive it because Chester and Deb have failed to provide me with a vehicle Title...my leasing companies Title Department is in daily contact with the State of Kansas Department of Motor vehicles as to "where's the Title"...they say there's a problem between Suburban Car Rental and Suburban Car Rentals Title company which is AXIS TITLE LLC..and so now I've talked with the State of Kansas Department of Consumer Affairs..and they recommend seeking legal action..meeting soon with my attorney to start legal proceedings...when Chester and Deb brought the vehicle to me in Key West I paid over $1,500.00 for 2 nights lodging for them and provided them with carte blanc taxi service while they were in Key West...this time when they come to Key West for the court proceedings they can pay for their own lodging expenses...I would never have dealt with Chester and Deb had I any idea not getting a vehicle Title would happen...but maybe dealing with people like Chester and Deb is fine with you...so by all means call them today...their wonderful to talk to..just don't be surprised by no after the sale service..call today their waiting to take you for a ride....oh, by the way, my lost bookings for this vehicle now exceed $5,000.00....April 3, 2023..53 days since Chester and Deb dropped my Sprinter van to me in Key West...and still no Title, so it cannot be driven with no license plate..but I'm still making the monthly payment and paying the vehicle insurance...lost receipts to today are $6,500.00..I had to get an attorney involved last week to go after these crooks...after the sale no returned phone calls or emails to me or my Title company....if this is the kind of service you can accept, please call Chester and Deb today..their great people to talk to before and during the sale but no communication after they have your money...

This is an absolutely dumpster fire of a company. Horrible customer service, good luck trying to get through to someone. Tried booking them for days, only to have them rent the Sprinter right out from under me. Don't waste your time on this place.

I rented a 15 passenger van. They charged my credit card an additional $461.00 without a receipt to the extra charges or email. When I already paid $2600 dollars. I returned the van in better shape then I got it. When I picked up the van it smelled like fast food. Also had no adapters for any of the charger ports.

Put in a quote here got a quote the next morning called about the quote and as soon as I did they were telling me as I was on the phone that it was all sold out that quickly I definitely think that they should let you reserve them first so that you have a chance to fill out all the paperwork before just doing what they do I think they would have better customer

We rented the Mercedes Sprinter Van for a family of 8 for a week. Deb was awesome!!!! The van was awesome!!! We had all kinds of room, the kids watched Netflix while going down the road, the seats are extremely comfortable and handles better than my car. We will definitely rent again. It was all around a great experience!!! We enjoyed it so much, we didn't want to give it back.

Do NOT rent from this place.Truck wasn’t serviced before handing it over. We spent money to keep it running during our vacation.The only instructions given while picking up the vehicle was to avoid pulling down on the AC unit in the middle of the vehicle. The cover on the AC unit (specifically pointed out) fell during our trip. No one touched it. We’ve been charged for replacing it. No call or anything asking or warn us. We’ve called everyday for 11 days with NO answer or call back.Do NOT rent from this place. You’re putting your vacation and wallet at risk.It was our wedding trip. The rental was under my wife’s name. If you would answer your phone, you would know which rental I’m referring too.

Rent elsewhere!!! We spent almost $3,000 on renting a 12-passenger van recently. Upon return I was charged $318 on my card with no phone call or explanation. I have called every day for 10 days, left messages and no one has returned my call. The man I dealt with at pick up and drop off had an attitude and poor customer service as well. What a very disappointing end to our wedding family vacation.I read your comment below and would like to note the following:The ac unit was not down during the trip. Perhaps upon unloading the vehicle someone bumped their head on it. What kind of faulty craftsmanship is that? And why should I pay $318 for it?How do I know that you hadn’t haphazardly glued the unit up with a previous renter and bumping a head on it didn’t knock it down? Maybe you’re billing us for a previous or your own accident. I mean the fluids weren’t topped off so how quickly was it thrown together for us?I continue to call to talk with you about this and continue to leave messages but still have yet to speak with anyone.You respond to the bad review but not to me.Your phone just rings and rings as if you’ve vanished but yet my father gets a bogus quote from you within 8 hours. What happened to the lovely lady I made the reservation with?Buyers BEWARE!!!!!!!!My next stop is the Better Business Bureau and any other platform I can leave a review on. I already spent $3,000 almost on your van with ONE outlet for charging for TWELVE people and you want $318 more—I’d like to see that invoice oh and a phone call explaining the charge would have been good business. What a disappointment.

If there was a "ZERO" star rating Surburban Car Rental wouldn't be good enough to receive it on their best day.Warning: Stay away1. Vehicles are not maintained and not safe2. Rental vehicles with over 50,000 miles 3. The worse customer service ever4. The vehicle was damaged upon pick up and they tried not to document it on the inspection5. Tried to charge for maintenance when a warning light kept coming on. Seriously....6. Not trustworthy by any means

Due to the Pandemic, they are not answering their phones in a timely manner and are unable to return messages in a timely manner. There is no email address on their website and the fax number (if you have time to look for it) is located in small print at the very bottom of their web page. Time is money. You wasted mine. Best I can do is a 3 star rating. It was a 2 but I finally got a call back...
