It's refreshing in today's market to conduct business with such a customer-service oriented Jewelry store, particularly when the purchase is so important. The owner, Stephen Burstein was extremely helpful and patient.He was very professional and I'd recommend this store when you're in the market for timeless, beautiful gifts.

Love the personal attention and low pressure atmosphere. We’ve had a few occasions where we’ve wanted a piece not available in the store that he was able to obtain or have custom made. He was wonderful to work with and makes you feel like more than a client.

I recently had some very sentimental jewelry, repaired, and restored here. I never found someone I trusted to work on them. I cannot express how much gratitude I have in the amazing work they did fix these prices and make them look like the first day they were purchased. So grateful to have found such a trusted and detail oriented jeweler. Thank you for everything you guys have done! Stephen is awesome. I'm tangentially in the diamond business myself, and have been for 39+ years, as the marketer of online trading platforms to diamond companies. So I know the major diamond dealers in New York, and many hundreds (thousands?) of retail jewelers around the country. I'm based near Denver. Yet when I personally need something with respect to jewelry, I go to Stephen. My wife recently found her 3-stone wedding ring was loose (prongs were loose.) She was quoted $650 by a local chain store, and a six week wait. She asked me for help, and I sent the piece to Stephen. He fixed it for a third of the price, and had it back to us in three days. My wife's thrilled. It's now as good (probably better than) new. Why would I ever go anywhere else?

Stephen is the best in town! I have had work done on my wedding ring annually (dip, tips, etc), as well as purchased beautiful jewelry from him. His customer service, knowledge, and experience is top notch. If youre looking for a KC local with expertise, this is the place to go!
