I went in and got on the waiting list. There was only three people there. Two being taken care of by employees and me. They said 20 minute wait. After 20 minutes I asked a female employee if they knew how much longer it would be and how long to set up new service and a new phone because I only have an hour left on my lunch break if that. She was so very rude and said ummm it’ll take over an hour you’re going to have to set up a time and make an appointment and then completely ignored me started talking to another customer. Listen, I wouldn’t be there if I didn’t absolutely need to get service and a phone under my name before my soon to be exhusband gets even more angry and vindictive and shuts the service off for my phone I’m on that’s still under his name! I walked out in tears. Horrible person just horrible customer service. I will never go back there!

Danae Burroughs at this store is amazing. If you are looking to upgrade, switch to T-Mobile or have any questions she can help you. Don't even bother going anywhere else if you want to have a good experience. Hands down, she is the best! She helped our entire family upgrade and assisted every other tech & multiple customers without missing a beat. Amazing!

Zero stars if I could! Just needed to drop off phones and they don’t check in people until there was a room full waiting. Then they check in people in any order and the people who came in last are the first to be helped!

We live in Belton, MO. After reading the reviews we intentionally avoided the Belton and Grandview stores. The Overland Park store was a couple hour wait so we decided to try the Leawood store.So glad we did! Huge shout out to Derya, Jardin, Danae and another kind employee who I didn’t catch her name. What an amazing and impressive team. Helped upgrade our phones, save some money and keep our toddler entertained.T-Mobile is very fortunate to have these individuals representing the brand.

Huge shout-out to Jayy H. for excellent customer service. My wife and I went in to switch from Verizon, which could not--or would not--give us a code needed to move our numbers over. Verizon's service and IT teams were useless. After more than two hours of Verizon jerking us around, Jayy was able to figure out a workaround. She was extremely generous with her time and talent, and we are very grateful.

Unfortunately, waited an hour and half for them to tell us we’ve to do this on the phone with their customer service. On the phone for another two hours.Apparently employees changed for the negative. Not great customer service anymore. Favorite store in the past.

The building doesn't have an obvious front side. The side facing the main street has locked doors.This location doesn't have a greeter, just customers waiting in the lounge area.After wondering the floor I encountered an employee who took my name and told me it would be a 45 min wait to buy a new phone (mine was physically broken).I went to a large retail store and was helped immediately. Once I had the new phone working I received my first voice mail it was from t-mobile. They called my broken phone to tell me I was next in line.10/10 would recommend going elsewhere.

I walked in to replace my coworkers broken phone, when I “checked in” they told me 3 people ahead of me and I explained what was wrong and what I needed to get done. They “put” my number in line and said 30-45min wait, an 1 hr 15mins go by no call or text. I called the store and they then told me I need to file a claim for the phone, then they didn’t feel the need to mention that to me in store…. So they just didn’t plan on calling me and let me just wonder when I was gonna get “help”…. What a professional approach that is, as someone who is a manager of a company shouldn’t you make any kind of follow up phone call? Share some kind of information on why you’re not gonna help me with my request….?

I just switched to T-Mobile. I got my new phone and SIM card in the mail today. I was just needing them to port over my phone number. They check me in and tell me there is a 2 hour wait. This is unacceptable. They have no since of urgency. Should not have to wait in line when they have plenty of employees that can help walk-ins. Not a good start with T-Mobile.

This is best T mobile ever! I had spent 3 days trying to transfer files and in 5 minutes they had it completed. AND they helped me reset my bad battery tablet to factory reset and disposed of it too. You are the best! Thank you
