Seville Furniture is the most amazing store in KC! They have the most beautiful, classy top quality furniture of any store out there! My designer Carrie was fabulous in helping us choose fabrics etc. I am sad our project is over, because I miss her and the store like crazy! Everyone that works there is incredible! The owner is a friendly down to earth man! Do yourself a favor and shop at this wonderful store!

I have been shopping at Seville Home for several years. Although the store has a large inventory of furniture and accessories in a variety of styles, it is the only place I have found to find quality contemporary furniture.The entire staff is always welcoming and quick to offer assistance as soon as I walk in the door. Specifically, I have had the pleasure of working with Becky Mosby, by own personal Interior designer. She has spent all the time necessary to help me pick out items that work with my existing decor, and equally as important, that I love.For those who are not familiar with Seville when looking for a single piece or an entire room, I highly recommend you check it out.

I purchased a recliner from Seville and about every six months a spring breaks. Their Service Manager, Gil, gets right back with me to schedule a time to come out and replace the spring. I’m so glad I purchased the chair here…I have no idea how I would get the springs replaced if I had purchased somewhere else. Also, I’ve been texting with Carrie about purchasing an additional recliner. She is very knowledgeable and has been a huge help. Seville’s customer service has been excellent. Hard to find these days.

I worked with designer Kimberly Moussa and I loved my experience. She was very helpful pulling everything together to achieve the look I wanted. I purchased a chair and ottoman, she was willing to consider the fabrics of other pieces from elsewhere to pull it all together. She really listened to my needs and wants. I'm very excited about what we chose and I had a lot of fun in the process. Kimberly is an experienced and helpful designer. I could have spent less but I feel that I received excellent value: quality furniture and an experienced designer.

Happy with the chair we bought, but not the customer experience. The delivery fee was not disclosed at time of purchase and even management would not waive the fee when I pointed out it had not been disclosed. I will not shop here again.

What an extraordinary experience with designer Shelley E! She was so incredibly helpful and listened to what we wanted for a great room sofa. We are truly thankful for this experience and cannot wait to receive our custom sofa.Even more impressive is that we had purchased dining room chairs from another designer, but Shelley eagerly helped me with contacting the furniture rep to have them repaired. When I wanted to share my experience with the manager, the OWNER of Seville was the one that responded to my request. Seville Home is THE only furniture store I will ever use again! THANK YOU for such amazing customer service!

I waited a YEAR to get the barstools I ordered from Seville Home. I was excited to find something comfortable, semi interesting, solid and durable. So I thought.First meal we enjoyed in these chairs the footrest snapped right off while a guest was shifting back into the seat. There was glue in the break appearing it had been “fixed” once before. Within minutes, another rung snapped off as I was swiveling out of my seat. The wood beneath the finish was soft and splintered. Not at all the quality I was sold. I was sick.The next day, I loaded them all up and returned them to Seville. It became a 45 minute battle with their operations and sales managers. After their full court press to excuse their quality and somehow fault my guests for using the footrest, I was begrudgingly given my refund.I went to Seville because their showroom appears to have interesting, quality goods. Unfortunately, I think it’s all smoke and mirrors. Shop cautiously.

I visited the Seville store last weekend and saw a patio sofa I liked. The price tag read an MSRP in the $8,000 range and a sale price in the $5,000 range. However, an associate by the name of Kimberly told me that the sofa was actually on sale for a price about $2,500 after she checked her books/system (don’t remember exact price, but it was twenty five and something odd number). Kimberly gave me her card and I called her a couple of times about the patio sofa and told her I would probably be back for it this weekend. I went back today and first a guy who saw me looking at it told me it was on sale for the $5,000 number and I didn’t say anything but thank you and I waited for Kimberly help. I asked Kimberly about the price of the sofa and she then told me the price had gone up and it was reflected on a new tag labeled on the sofa. But that was the same tag that was on it last weekend when I was in their store. I asked her how did the price go up when their sale was to end March 1st which is also stated on their website. She asked me if I wanted her to talk to the manager and I thought that was an ignorant question when obviously they want to make sales and considering she knew I was returning to purchase the sofa based on the price she gave me. So, after she goes to talk to the manager which I then notice happens to be the guy who told me the sale price of $5,000 and I knew then that wasn’t going to go anywhere. I was quite disturbed that I she told me a price of almost twice as high from last week without reason and didn’t even seem to care that my time was wasted and had no valid reason to the increase in price. I will never make a purchase from this store and would not recommend them either. Their customer service and attitudes are horrible which is way below the over priced merchandise their trying to push off on customers.
