When my daughter and I walked in, there was nobody to greet us, nor come up to us during the time we were there to ask us if we needed any help finding anything. This place was nasty dirty. Just filthy and the product testers were either gone or destroyed so bad no persons could use them.

I would like to give kudos to Taina at this Sephora. I have been searching for a particular lipstick and she was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to find the right thing. She was also very informative, sharing information that I was unaware of regarding makeup.

Crystal helped me today and she’s absolutely incredible. She’s an actual esthetician who does not gate keep and is very honest about superior products! I will definitely be coming back to visit her and learn from her.

Love Sephora, its like a toy store for women and men alike. The displays are gorgeous and the sales people are so pleasant and helpful. The cashier was so engaging and nice. kudos to the staff

Walked into Sephora during lunch because I was having issues with my under eye and needing new products to try out and Sam was very helpful! She was very honest and transparent about the products and the ingredients used. I am very excited to try out the products all thanks to Sam's help! Will definitely ask for her next time! She is the best!

It's Sephora. They are pretty much all the same. I usually order online. Sometimes pick up in store. And occasionally actually get off my couch and go in to shop. Oh, the horror. I have to talk to people ?. But this store is very nice. The sales reps and clerks are very knowledgeable. They make venturing out a worthwhile effort!

I stopped in on a slammed Friday night and the entire staff was still wonderful and ready to help me. The first young woman, with blond hair (I didn’t catch her name) was quick to help me sort my foundation color and point me back across the shop to the Nars section where Raquel helped me pick out two different lipsticks that I really loved. THEN! The staff on the registers were so quick! The line was winding all the way into the perfume section when I got in line and I wasn’t there for 5-10 minutes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care and sharing your skills so freely, given the stress of the situation.

This was my first time ever trying to purchase and wear makeup. I had done research ahead of time but still needed assistance.Katelyn took the time to help me find what I was looking for and offered tips and suggestions that were genuinely helpful. She did a great job explaining things and helping me find the right options for my skin tone. She was also very kind and patient with me asking a lot of questions since it was a lot of new info for me. I enjoyed working with her!I also noticed staff being mindful about keeping the space clean/sanitary which was great to see.Wish I'd remembered to fill out the survey in time (this was a few weeks ago) but wanted to at least leave this review here!

I was in there today. I wanted to look at some skin tints and ended up asking for three different samples. I was very disappointed because when I got home and looked at the samples there was just enough to coat the container. None for me to even test out to see if I like the product. That being said, the assistant who helped me was very helpful and nice showed me different products and helped me a lot. I was very excited about the skin tints she showed me as well as the other products. Sadly I drove an hour and I still can't figure out if I like the product or not before committing
