Majid Ghavami, Lynn and their entire team impressed us from start to finish. From the first time we met Majid at our home to the sellers closing meeting that concluded our process we were struck by how invested they were in the successful sale of our home.
Home sales are transactions Majid and Reece Nichols do every day, yet their actions reveal they know how personal the transaction is to us who last sold a home 18 years ago. It would be easy to treat us as just another number and we've heard those stories from our friends. We always felt a personal relationship with Majid, Lynn and the entire team.
Just some concrete examples are the timely, helpful communication we received. We never had a question that wasn't answered within minutes or hours. No waiting a day or two to hear back as we've heard from friends. Majid always had the name of a contractor to help with buttoning up last minute projects. Lynn didn't just text an offer to help as we neared crunch time on the move out but physically showed up on a 100 degree day fully expecting to be put to work. These are ways they demonstrated their investment in the success of our home sale.
Perhaps the most important aspect of the process is the cohesive team that represented us. Led by Majid, from Lynn who did a little of everything to Donna managing the moving truck keys to Tammy who gave staging recommendations to LaTiffany at Cottage Care for the deep clean to Kristen at Continental Title there was always a professional to turn to. We literally never felt we were on an island with this impressive group.
We would recommend Majid and his team without any reservations and in fact already have a couple of times.
In a world where seemingly few people do what they say they will do, Majid did everything he said he'd do and more! It was truly a refreshing experience and we are grateful that Majid sold our home.

I'll start off by saying, we would have NEVER been able to get the amazing house we did if it weren't for Julie Kempin at Reece Nichols. She was incredible to work with! We were first time homebuyers, and needing to buy something while living out of state. From the moment we met Julie, she made us feel at ease, like family and valued as clients. We felt comfortable putting our trust in Julie’s knowledge of the Kansas City market. That trust paid off as she worked tirelessly to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, in the price range we could afford. We ended up buying a house site unseen, and what could have been a terrifying process was so stress free. We could not be more grateful . We closed on our house a month ago and she is still helping us. We felt this was as much a personal relationship as it was a business relationship. I do not feel you could find a more patient, experienced, hardworking, and caring realtor. If there were 10 stars I would give her 11. If you're buying or selling your home I would highly highly recommend Kathleen Bishop! This was my 3rd house (closed 05/13/2024) purchase experience and by far the best. She is knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly practices forthright candor.

Cristin and her Reese Nichols team were amazing to work with in the sale of our house. Cristin was so knowledgeable of the current market. She did an awesome job of helping us get organized and cleaned out after our move. We couldn't have asked for a kinder and more supportive person to help us buy our current home and sell the last one. She checked in almost daily (sometimes even more frequently) with reports of progress in both situations. We are older and my husband has Parkinson's; we needed all the support we could get. Cristin was wonderful, making sure we BOTH felt that our needs and wants were being heard and addressed. From searching for this house, helping us get it updated to meet our needs, listing our last house, and finally meeting with the title company, Cristin was with us every step of the way. We feel like we made a new friend. I know she is very busy, but I do hope we can keep in touch. I highly recommend Cristin Walters and the Reese Nichols team. Thank you so much
