Located in Building E in the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute on the 3rd floor, room 325. Was able to make an appointment online at 1 for 1:30. Got there and checked in on the kiosk and was helped within 5 minutes. There is no receptionist in the waiting room, just the kiosk. Whole thing took about 15 minutes all together. Phlebotomist who helped me was kind, gentle, and quick!

I have had a LOT of labs done in my 26 years. Barbara was my phlebotomist today. She was easy-going and fun to talk to. She was able to get me in one poke which is impressive as my veins can be finicky. Thanks for making me smile today, Barbara!

Went to the location on Nall. I have never had a more inexperienced phlobotimist. First time she tried to draw blood she missed the vein so while the needle was still in my arm she moved it all around trying to find the vein. She eventually gave up on that one and proceeded to try another vein on the same arm, apparently with a smaller need so my blood flow was slower. Normally that wouldn't be a problem but she had put the rubber band thing on very tight. This was left on the entire time she drew my blood so my arm went completely numb. I've never had any phlobotimist leave it on the entire time. I rarely have any problems with a phlebotomist finding my vein.On a whole nother point the office smelled horrible. I couldn't get finished and out of there fast enough.

Their system is seriously messed up. Appointments don't seem to make a difference. For example, if you have an appointment for 11am and show up and check in at 10:50am like they suggest and walk-ins show up at 10:49 and check in they will get in ahead of you. The message playing on the monitor says appointment ALWAYS take priority over walk-ins. Not true!!

I had a truly disappointing experience with Quest Global's drug testing services that I feel compelled to share. As part of my employer's pre-screening requirements, I underwent drug tests on two separate occasions with Quest Global. It's important to note that I have never taken drugs in my entire career. However, both times, the results came back as "negative dilute," which ultimately led to the decline of a job offer from my prospective employer. What's alarming is that these negative dilute results were entirely inaccurate. Frustrated by this unjust situation, I decided to take matters into my own hands and underwent a drug test through Lab Corp. To my relief, the result came back as a clear and undeniable "negative." This stark contrast between Quest Global's results and Lab Corp's results is quite concerning and indicative of a significant problem within Quest Global's testing procedures. It's evident that Quest Global failed to accurately analyze and process my samples, leading to unjustified negative dilute results that have a detrimental impact on individuals' job opportunities. It's deeply disheartening to think that their lack of accuracy and professionalism could potentially cost someone their dream job.I strongly advise against utilizing Quest Global's drug testing services if you want to avoid the frustration, disappointment, and loss of opportunities that I have experienced. It's a disservice to individuals who have worked hard to maintain their clean records and deserve accurate, reliable, and unbiased testing results. Look elsewhere for drug testing services that prioritize accuracy and professionalism, ensuring your job prospects are not jeopardized due to careless mistakes.

Building is behind a hospital so it's difficult to find, even with GPS. I called to try to get directions but everything is automated, including check in. Waiting room is small, full, and stuffy. Feels like a petrified dish. I don't usually wear a mask so I don't have one with me and they don't provide them, so I'm currently sitting on the floor in the hallway. My appointment was at 9:40 and it's 10:19.

This proved to be a good location for a rather painless blood drawing experience. I liked the ample amount of parking, the modern facility and the spacious, basic waiting area with a check-in kiosk and a TV providing Quest informational videos. I booked my appointment a few days in advance and checked in at the kiosk ten minutes before my scheduled appointment, as requested. My name was called ten minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My blood draw was for a Galleri test, which required some special handling, but the phlebotomist (Amelia) handled it without a problem because she was familiar with the special procedures, which included a call to set up the pickup of my test. Amelia was professional, efficient and friendly - nice! Overall, pretty good.

came in for a blood test this morning. very nice staff, very easy to find, and great people with a very easy touch screen sign in process. be aware of your surroundings and read the simple posted instructions, and you will have a great experience just like I did.note, I may just be a simple blue collar worker but when you have an address for a office building you go inside the building, address is on the door, and on the building it self, when you walk in there will be a directory listing all offices within the building and the suite number for each office, it's pretty simple if you have trouble finding it try locating common sense and life skills before you leave a bad review.and I am a real patient with great people watching skills so this review is truthful.

UPDATE: for anyone else running around trying to find it, it’s building E and it’s on the third floor, room 325. You won’t find any signage telling you that but you’re welcome. The other reviews are pretty spot on. You walk around the huge medical campus forever because there’s no signage. Finally found it after stopping into random offices and asking for directions a couple times. Then I was told my tests were going to cost me over $800 when I was quoted around $150. Yikes.

Really nice quest location, super experienced staff. Located in the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute building on the third floor. Room 325. Walk-in appointments or super easy-you just sign in at the kiosk and scan your driver's license and or your insurance card.

I've had to frequent this office over the past couple weeks and everyone has been so kind and helpful. Amelia especially went above beyond and out of her way to get me taken care of when my Dr office hadn't sent the fax for my blood work. She absolutely didn't have to do everything she did to get me taken care of. Huge thank you to her for being so kind to me.

Very rude people. I am exempt from a mask for very legitimate reasons. Both times even with the exception letter from my Dr. they told me to leave. While I was waiting another patient was waiting and asked why her appointment was cancelled. Explained she was only there to pick up a testing box and the lady snapped at her, telling her to just sit and wait. They are just over the top rude. Even if they lift the mask there I will not be going.

I have had to come to this location (Nall- Overland Park) 3 times this week after the other Belton location turned me away because they couldn’t catch my veins. Barb has been amazing and caught my veins EVERY TIME! Rosa and Barb were such a pleasure to interact with and so helpful with tips to make future blood draws easy. Super personable and professional!!!! Got results back quickly! Thank you all!
