I waited for a good at least 30 minutes before they came out telling me I checked in 5 minutes after they stop doing drug screens at 10am. But had all the time to be laughing and stuff in the back. and opened the door 5 times to let other people in. thanks for giving a F about my time

As good an experience as one can have getting labs drawn! Only waited 10min past my appt time, they had the order from my doctor, and the stick was nearly pain-free. My phlebotomist (wish I could remember exactly but I think her name was Akila) was awesome and kind and quick.

This is always a good location to get my tests done for my diabietes. My doctor is in the same building. They use a kiosk to log into when you arrive, which is not my favorite method, but if you have questions, just knock on the door. They do get busy sometimes. Even if I have a little wait even for my appt, they are very quick and are always professional once I get in and get my tests done.

Phlebotomist Amelia was pleasant, easy to work with,and took suggestions for where to find great blood draw spots on my arms to avoid bruising. I have to push hard for my primary care doctor to use Quest for blood testing because the results are sent to me, too, ahead of my doctors appointment allowing for intelligent discussions, and they can be displayed with graphs that shows the trends for each test result as well as the accepted range over time (years). That means I don't have to know which results are good or bad and don't need to look up previous test results to know how my body is changing.

This office has no respect for appointment times, for your time. Choose a different office. Bring copies of your lab orders or you will have wasted your time.

No queue tv working to see place in line. Waited for going 2 hours before I left. I just asked them for an idea of how long the wait would be and they couldn't get anyone to tell the folks in the waiting area. "The tv doesnt work" The staff couldn't care less. Multiple people left. I hope office manager gets this feedback

There was a test that was missed. I still need a vitamin D level. The technician was so flustered that he did not order that test.
