Gas prices advertised on Google map is 2.70 and 3.26 at the station.. lost 15 minutes getting there!! Got a $10.55 pack of spirits and pay extra for that too!! Shame on you!

I came in here a week ago or so and purchased gas, other in store items and a car wash. Leaving the car wash my vehicle smelt of sewage, what ever was in the water stream over powered the smell of any soap. Also noted the bathroom attached to the same structure had a strong odor and caution signs taped outside the door. I went inside to let the associate know of the smell and my concerns. He apologized. I went back out to my car a bit upset because I was going to pick people up in my vehicle and it would make me look bad if it had an odor because of his carwash ... just before pulling away he said I could have another wash, he opened the doors to the car wash and that somehow made it better... I told him no, I have to go pick people up. He told me next time I need a wash come in. I came in this evening and the associate, who also seemed to be on a substance, wasn't pleasant and said can't help you. I let him know I would be driving really early in the morning and needed it this evening. Poor service, no accountability, no follow up with associates. No thanks, I will take my business elsewhere.

Man behind counter with glasses and dark hair is terribly rude to customers. Came in to buy cigarettes and he denied my id because it’s “vertical” I continued to tell him if he just looks at it that it shows my birthday and it’s not expired and that I AM of age. He continued to talk to me as if I was stupid. He needs to be fired

Yesterday May 1st I received the worst service ever at this Phillips 66 station located at 9440 Mission Rd, Leawood, Ks 66206 around noon time. The pump I was, was broken and gas was spilt all over, on me and around me . After having advised the clerk of the issue, he insulted me, implying that I was lying and trying to trick them , and said I had damaged the hose. He even tried to calling the police. And this is just the highlights of the event. After this unbelievable bad customer experience (there was more), I said I was not coming back ever, and he shouted back "don't come back" , reply that I will indeed follow.

The carwash was rebuilt recently and the owners reportedly spent nearly $600k on it. I buy the highest-level wash in batches of three which ends up being buy two get one free. Not a bad deal. The laser light show could send someone into an epileptic seizure and is kind of annoying on subsequent visits. The first time I went I listened to the ridiculous music and enjoyed the show, but by now it's getting a bit old. I wish there was an option to disable the "show" before entering. Oh well, I'll tolerate it because the wash job is awesome and even does a great job of getting brake dust off the wheels. I see the Leawood and PV cops drive through with all their exterior lights and stuff on the cars and they don't seem to get mulched up, but I don't know if I'd recommend entering with a bunch of exterior modifications.

Slightly overpriced gas compared to its close by competitors, and it's annoying to have to exit onto either busy Mission Rd or 95th St., but the car wash is really good. And fun! It has a light show and you can tune your radio to it and it plays music in time to the lights- completely unnecessary in life, but super cute. I appreciate that the gas bays are well lit, everything you need for windshield washing is available, plus they have trash AND recycling bins, and hand sanitizer dispensers. That's a nice touch.

They have an automatic car wash with a rubber brushing "soft wash" option or choose the no contact brushless. Gets my car clean enough when I'm in a rush. I'll go back. You can probably find cheaper gasoline not far from here.
