I have never been to not in love store that has been so gracious with their knowledge and help without any commitment of buying anything I was able to discern the issues with my vehicle and then I decided to make a purchase through the vigilance of David and his remarkable ability to be able to generally assess the situation and do what he is asked of without any hesitation. Very good place for someone who is not super versed with vehicles to come and understand the issues going on with their car further.

The employees here were helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They spent extra time installing a new battery in my car which saved me an extra trip somewhere else. Thank you!

I was looking for a gasket for my 1999 Snapper Mower & O'Riley didn't have the part but referred me to Lawn & Leasure in Lee's Summit & I was able to buy the part & get my mower back in operating condition. I appreciate your help. The part was under $10.

Nathan gave me excellent service. I was in dire need of replacing a few key items under my hood that was causing my car major problems. He got me exactly what I needed and even went up and beyond to install the parts. Ensuring I could drive safely.

Most of the employees don't know she. Told me the wrong spark plugs, wind shield and head light bulb. I recommend bring your stuff in, don't listen to what they find on the computer.

I drove all the way from Lee's Summit to return to this O'Reilly auto parts location because the service here is outstanding! More specifically, Nathaniel is outstanding! He was the fellow that helped me last time with the washer fluid issue. Today, Nathaniel took the time to try three different sets of wiper blades on my Tesla before he found the one set which was optimal. I really appreciate this kind of customer service! It is rare these days. I will be visiting this particular O'Reilly location for all of my automotive needs in the future.
