I attended a 2-day workshop and was just blown away by how quickly I felt welcomed into the group. The planned experience and programming were of the highest quality. I will absolutely be seeking out more experiences with MAM.

High quality programming and facilitators! Membership give me many choices in programs to choose from at no additional cost and discounts on other programs. Those in leadership are knowledgeable, caring, kind, and respond quickly when contacted.
The Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness offers mindfulness and meditation instruction, classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats. We are a community of people from all walks of life, unaffiliated with any particular religious faith, practicing mindfulness together and supporting one another toward greater presence and awareness in daily living.
