Once we got it down to 2, he gave us more details and price information to help make our decision. All together, we spent about an hour and a half evaluating what we wanted to pick (it's a big decision!) but Greg gave us all the time in the world. Most mattress stores are busy and leave you feeling too rushed to really lay down and imagine sleeping in each bed- this place gets it right and really encourages you to only buy what you really like!”

“Ahhhhh. Just laid down on my new mattress From Mike’s. I freaking love going to bed now. No more waking up sore, tired, and angry. I know that sounds dramatic, but it’s the truth. I work hard, and unfortunately, I’ve had bad luck with mattress purchases from big box stores. (I’ve often wondered if I was just sold something that they needed to get rid of).

“I drove by to look at mattresses. The sign on the door said BY APPOINTMENT. I called to see if someone was inside. Bill answered and said he would be right over. I found the bed I liked and was surprised at how inexpensive it was. I have had a mattress on a Corsicana foundation now for 13 years with no problems. I wanted something newer and firmer. After 3 weeks, it is still like new. I read a review on here how they start to sag after a few weeks. Nothing could be further from the truth. I will recommend Bill to everyone.”

“Recently bought a Nova Hybrid w\ adjustable base. It has completely changed my sleeping habits. I was getting roughly 5.5 hours of sleep a night before and now around 7.5/8 hours. That has made an incredible difference in my days/weeks. Invest in a decent bed. Casper has a solid product. Great people to work with as well. They don’t force a sale on you. They want you to pick the right product.Update: I went back into their store months later to check out more bedding for the fall time and I was amazed Bill still remembered my name. Very impressive.”
“Crowley was the third furniture store I visited and i was so tired of being hounded and being pushed and sold on things I didn’t want. Tonya K. completely went against that and was an absolutely amazing sales person. She gave me plenty of space to look around while being close by in case I had any questions. She made my experience absolutely amazing and got me out of there in a perfect sectional within 30 MINUTES. She made the sale experience itself completely painless and expertly illustrated their warranty plan on the furniture, but was not trying to be pushy when selling it to me. He made sure the one bed we initially bought could be delivered to our second home location on a date that we would be there. “I purchased a Mastercare Swedish Inversion table from this location on 30-April-22. $999. My cosmetologist recommended the store and the inversion table because they allowed him to drive there every day for a week to try to table out before investing in it.
The staff was educated, friendly, and helpful. They allowed me to use the table and walked me through the steps. The cost of the table was expensive, but they also were able to take my FSA medical card.
I've had lower back pain for most of my life which worsened within the last 8 years. Scoliosis in my lumbar, a vertical bone spur between my L2 and L3 lumbar, stenosis, early stage spondylitis, and degenerative disc disease in my cervical spine. Oh, and inflammatory arthritis.
I recently I pinched a nerve in my neck, likely a bulging disc. Sharp and burning pain into my shoulder and hardly any range of motion in my neck. Nothing was helping, including Meloxicam and Gabapentin. Physical therapist booked until June. I used the inversion table 3x for 5 minutes at a time on day one. Woke up on day 2 with zero lower back pain and at least an 80% reduction in pain in my neck. No more burning pain in my shoulder and occasional sharp pains. I doubt I'll need physical therapy now.
Obviously the inversion table works and it was worth the investment. The table will save me thousands of dollars in medical bills. I'd highly recommend this store if you have spine health issues.”
“Shopped around the various mattress stores (NFM, Mattress Firm) and went to Macy's.
I have a bad back and was looking for assistance. After much trial laying, we decided on a Paramount Ultra Firm. Ouch, the model name was Granite and lived up to that name.
Went to try others with the intent to utilize their 120 day trial period and Barry was a tremendous help.
Barry was off the day I decided on an alternative so I worked with the department manager, Margaret.
Paid for the new mattress choice (Stearnes & Foster Estate) but later I was called that the mattress I decided on had the wrong model and price tag.
Margaret said their fault and gave me an upgraded model for the lower price.
The entire Macy's encounter was very positive. And we have the had the new mattress for three weeks and it's great so far.”
