Never been in a Lovesac store before, and have only seen the products online. I was wowed by the demonstration from Elijah, of all of the products. He was wonderful, knowledgeable of every single item offered. I will 100% ordering a Sac!

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!! We ordered a Lovesac for our son who will be moving to a high rise condo.Both my husband and I cannot take time of work without prior notice and we explicitly asked if we would be informed when the Lovesac order would be delivered. We were reassured that this was the case .However, we were never contacted about scheduling a delivery date. We received a text and call stating our order would arrive in 1-2 weeks but never any calls regarding the actual delivery date/ time.The boxes were dropped off in front of the condo building 5 days later with no notice to us and we were out of town. When we contacted the store, we spoke with Samantha who apologized and stated they would arrange for the order to be picked up and would schedule a delivery after we returned to town. When I called the store back to confirm the time of pick up of the order from the condo, the manager, Candace took the phone from Samantha and she was rude and unprofessional, claiming that Samantha never agreed to anything. She replied that it was not company policy to call or give texts about delivery as it was through FEDEX. We have NEVER encountered this type of policy when dealing with the delivery of furniture. They had no problem calling and texting when it was released from the warehouse, but apparently don’t give customers any courtesy of arranging a convenient mutually agreed upon date of delivery.More importantly, the customer service we received is atrocious.

We had been looking into purchasing a Lovesac, but wanted to see them in person before investing in one. Joan was amazing and incredibly helpful. Decided to make our purchase through the store so that we could take advantage of having that one on one relationship. Would highly recommend.

Samantha was incredible! She was very helpful and made the experience smooth and comfortable. We had done our research prior to the visit, but she was able to answer all of our questions as well as inform us of features we did not know about. We will be returning customers in the future.

Marketing is great. Furniture is twice the price and you have to assemble 100% of it yourself (including all the fabric). Things start to go well after the extensive unpacking process, then the longer or larger it gets the more it starts to not fit. You'll need at least a hand held 3 lb sledge and a rubber mallet to force all the leg pieces and side/back connectors into place. I wouldn't recommend buying, and I wouldn't recommend trying to rearrange considering how difficult it went together.

Horrible service I was making my own love shac out of the blocks and this employee came up to me and told me not to play with it as I was a 10 year old kid. Apparently he was using it for another customer u could of wrote on the table saying please don’t touch in use with another customer instead of leaving it on the table. On top of that he had a major attitude behind it all so I just left and will never do business with these people.
