The community is peaceful as has good facilities. The leasing staff has been very friendly and made our move in process a seamless experience. Our unit has good ventilation and the ward is spacious. I like this community and would recommend any one looking for a rental.

Been here for a couple of months now. Katie is always great when we need anything. The maintenance team is great, they are very swift to come in for any repair needed around the place. The fridge went down early in our lease and they were able to fix our fridge and freezer in a timely matter. Same goes for our dishwasher! We initially had an issue with pests when we moved in, management were quick to send over pest control for continuous treatments and a HUGE improvement was made. Our neighbors are respectful of the quiet hours and the property itself is always clean. Very appreciative of the staff in making every initiative to make our first home a great experience.

My phone was lost. Maintenance team found it outside in the grass somewhere. My company logo was on my screensaver. Staff went out of their way to call my company and try to track down the owner of the phone. Saved us $200 for a replacement.

You'd be better off moving elsewhere. Lived here for a year plus. While living here we had multiple car break ins with damage and office refuses to get security cameras. Claimed to hire a security guard but never did. Had a lot of issues with the unit we had like going 4 months with a newborn without air conditioning and only got units for Windows which after repairs we still had to use. Both bathrooms faucet handles kept coming off and wouldn't stay even after repairs and a lot of units with bad balconies have to "request" an inspection to get them done. Our son had a birthday gift that never came to us but was delivered, and had issues with packages getting located. If you have something happen and can't pay 2 weeks after rent is due, expect an eviction versus them working with you along with charging you ten a day up until eviction. Other units in our building have been looking into other apartments and 3 tenants alone left when we did cause they aren't the best property for the price. Posting as a warning to future residents that look at having your cars broken into multiple times, and property damaged like keyed cars and slashed tires and things stolen from you and them not caring about it. Also property manager seems caring over text but in person is extremely rude and money hungry when we could not get it paid in time so we decided to move. Take up residency in another property.

Leawood at State Line is a wonderful apartment home. The buildings and grounds are beautifully maintained. It is very peaceful in the area at all times. You will love staying here. I do!?

For as far as I’ve lived here, my experience at Leawood at State Line Apartments has consistently been a wonderful time each and every day! The maintenance employees are exceptionally wonderful at their work! I’ve lived here for fifteen years, and I never want to leave. The grounds are clean, the neighbors get along, and the hallways inside are nice and clean! The Leawood team all love their jobs and want to stay forever! I want to stay forever, too!

I've lived here for a little over a year now and I like living here a lot! My only complaint is how dated the buildings are; some parts of my apartment (the baseboards, the corners of the countertops, the balconies) have really started to show their age. However, maintenance is always quick and responsive to any problems i've had, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. :) It's a safe, comfortable place to and conveniently close to Target.

I have been a resident for over four years and I can honestly say this neighborhood is fantastic. Excellent location, very clean, very well managed, quiet and safe. The staff and property managers are respectful, personable, responsive and understanding.

I hate these apartments. The hallways to my apartment smell like dog urine I've complaining to the office so many times they just put an air freshener on the wall.The BIG thing is that the walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors flipping the light switch to lightly talking to everything else if you know what I mean. It's so embarrassing. Also my neighbors have a little dog that likes to bark all day and told the office about it like 10 times and nothing has happened. These walls aren't up to standard code.New neighbors moved in and they have thrown their broken blinds and some trash on the ground mower's just run it over. Been there for 2monthsAbout maintenance, had an issue they said they will replace/fix the problem and that was 7 months ago, 3 months ago they said they ordered what they needed but no word since. And I swear new people come and leave left and right so it probably got forgotten about. My lease is about up so I could careless.My dishwasher has broken down like ten times, one time it wasn't fixed for 2-3 months. They keep puting a bandaid on the problem instead of replacing it. It still dosen't work properly.And I don't know what it is but whenever im gone I can breath just fine, but when I come back to the appartment after I complete the day my nose clogs up, always sneezing, itching eyes...I must be allergic to something here.Bottomline there is no way these apartments are worth what they are asking. Only good thing about these apartments is they are located in a good area.

Maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff is SO kind and welcoming! The resident website is easy to use and very convenient. The environment is safe and comfortable here and I love it!
