My first experience at Mon Cheri was so lovely! We did not need to wait at all for your reservation and were greeted with kindness at the door. The salon is clean and has a calm atmosphere. My nails were in horrible condition when I came in with 4 broken nails. Tuan did an AMAZING job fixing them up. I’ve never liked dip on my nails but he is the BEST at dip hands down. He is very knowledgeable and cares about the details. I will 100% be making Mon Cheri my go to nail spot.

I've had nothing short of a fantastic experience at Mon Cheri Nails, every time, visiting monthly for the last year. It's not only in a beautiful location but Taylor and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and are up-to-date with the latest trends. In a world where customer service is elusive Taylor, Chloe, and their well curated team have got this down.

Everyone here is so amazing! I found my new nail salon!
All of them are so easy to talk to. Hyped me up for my wedding. It was so nice being treated like a queen.
I got my nails done on a Monday and my wedding was on Saturday. A few of the pearls came off and they were able to fix it really fast at no charge and saved me! ? 4202024

I rarely write reviews but with the experience I had today, I have to. To start, the two girls who own this salon are rude. I accidentally dropped a bottle of polish and they were laughing (one snorted) about the matter. Was it really that funny ladies? It was an unkind and ignorant thing to do. Furthermore, Chloe was visibly annoyed with the fact that I had my manicure done somewhere else when I called and made an appointment for a pedicure only. I am here to spend money regardless, so why she kept harping on the matter I’m not sure. The pedicure service I chose was the signature pedicure ($38) and she ended up charging me $58. When I asked why the big price difference she said it was because I got a gel pedicure. $20 extra for gel? As always, I tip 20% or more so add that to the total. The lack of professionalism, service, and transparency are reasons why I won’t be back.

A nail tech tried to sell me a new set of nails when I just wanted the ones I had maintained. She was visibly annoyed with me. When I tried to tell her my wanted the nails more rounded, she responded sharply that she was not at the shaping phase yet. When she stopped filing, she told me I was finished. I asked if we are ready for the shaping phase now. She asked what else I want now. I had to requested that she make one of my nails be the same length as the rest and asked for the edges to be rounded again. At each filing she asked if it was good enough. I finally gave up and just figured I work on it myself when I get home. The cashier noticed how lopsided my nails were and softly told me she will give me some nail fillers for free. I was disappointed with the level of service, being that this was in Leawood, KS. Needless to say, I have had received spectacular service in over nail salons in other parts of the city without the "Leawood" prices. I decided to try this business because it was near my office and hoped for a more convenient location to care for my nails. My lesson today, not all nails salons are
the same. I will not support this business again.

I came in with wonky bulky nails from a different place and Julie saved me! She was able to fix them and did an even better design! I’ll be booking with her from now on! They know what they’re doing here! ❤️
