“If you are looking for things for your kitchen Pryde’s has got you covered. Their customer service was excellent and they even offered us tea or coffee while we shopping. Make sure you visit their bakery while you are there. Their fresh baked goods were so good. Their pie crust is so flaky and buttery. I honestly could have eaten a whole pie of just crust.”
“Set up an estimate with them and they were a no call no show. Was upset and did not want to meet with them again. The owner David called me personally to apologize and offered me a great discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciate that and it really showed that the owner cares about every customer. I will likely go with them when I save up enough for the siding.”
“I brought some knives for professional sharpening and was completely amazed. I dropped of knives on Friday and they were ready the following Monday. I am told that you can expect same-day service if you drop off Mon-Wed but not on Thu-Fri. The cost was $8/knife but the bevel was completely reshaped. This made one of our cheaper chefs knives razor sharp, cutting paper at an angle with ease. Highly recommended!”

“Had a new home built 2 years ago and the builder used Cabinets by Lawrence Construction. One year warranty is over so I didnt know how I was going to be treated. Had a few minor issues with some hinges due to normal wear and tear recently. The owner personally delivered them to me. No charge. I also worked with the shop/service manager named Tim. He had some hinges delivered to me as well. With out a doubt some of the best customer service I have experienced. I have dealt with alot of the subs who worked on this home but Cabinets By Lawrence far exceeded my expectations on how I was treated. Excellent customer service. They did not have to do what they did for me and they went well above and beyond. I would highly recommend them for any cabinet job, big or small. “So many great tile options. I picked out my tile for the first bathroom remodel here and will probably utilize them for the 2nd and 3rd bathroom. Lots of LVP options as well. The vanity selection in store isn’t the best but for everything floor wise they have a ton of options. My only critique and it is a major one is they are always understaffed. There’s hardly anyone to help you on the floor when needed. Multiple times I’ve gone up to the front checkout clerk who seemed to be the only one in the entire store and asked if I could get help in a section and then waiting for 20 mins and no one ever came over. Yesterday there were a couple guys offloading tile I guess, I asked for help and they said sure we can help you in 20 mins. No radioing someone else over or even offering to quickly check the price for me which was all I wanted. Basically saying we’re busy good luck ha.”
“It’s probably been a good 15 years at least since I’ve been to the crown center - a lot has changed. My friend and I were just meandering around the various shops and came across this one. It was the shiny and clean look from the outside of the shop that called us in to take a look. I didn’t expect to find a store full of various cooking supplies. Even though I’ll admit that I was quite out of my element, the staff were very sweet and caring - and most definitely helpful. I left with a few items I hadn’t originally planned on purchasing, but the cashier made my gay nerd heart feel at home before, during, and after my shopping. 10/10 would come again - and I definitely will need to after making it home and realizing that (after user error) I accidentally broke the pitt bull mug I bought for my sister while carrying it to my car. ?All-in-all, my hoodie was complimented, I got to talk KH with a fellow fan, was given a goofy joke over the soap I purchased, and my ego was boosted. Thanks for not just making my first experience great, but also the rest of my day. ?”

“We had Granite Center install a new master bath counter top this week and couldn’t be more satisfied. The installer advised of the expected time of arrival and called to update that time by 15 minutes. The entire process from removal of the old to the installation of the new was just over 3 hours. The product looks great and is a considerable improvement over the old. I would recommend Granite Center for anyone looking for a good product at a reasonable price and professional installation.”

Diane was friendly and personable and more than helpful in offering me advice as to which knife was best for my needs. Although the prices are high, the quality of the kitchenware is outstanding and the atmosphere of the store is warm and inviting. Would totally recommend it for any home cooks or foodies looking for new kitchen gear.”
