KC color had excellent communication throughout their seamless process. They always answer their phone and follow up with calls. I dropped it my car and picked it up looking better than when I bought it, everything else was handled by them.Highly recommend

Worst place ever to bring your car! I had to bring my car back because they missed a few noticeable spots! My back mats were replaced by some Kia car mats and I have a scion! They also registered my entire vehicle when all that needed to be fixed was the outside. They left a belt in my car and the second time I picked up my car they left trash in there and a towel. My car was full of dust from the inside and dirty on the outside! Don’t come to this shop! They will lie to you saying your car is ready and when you get there they will say it’s not! I wasted gas going there a couple times just to find out my car is still not ready! Stay away from this place!

I’ve used KC Colors twice now. Once in 2019 and once in 2023. Both situations due to a car backing into my bumper and back driver side door respectively. I was referred to KC Colors. Their work is amazing, and I will choose them every time.They did have a bit of a wait to get in, and then I had to wait an additional two months for my car’s parts to come in but I understand that is out of their hands. These folks are the best. They gave us a firm appointment and stuck by it to the minute. Their work is good, the price is fair and they stand by their work with no debate. No corporate cop out here. Just responsible folks. A breath of fresh air.

Took my car here for an estimate. The receptionist was rude to me, yet took the shirt off her back for the older dude that came in behind me. Same with the estimator. Besides treating the younger crowd terrible, the estimator had a poor knowledge of what needed to be replaced. "yeah looks good to me" are you sure? I can visibly see that major bracket is broken beyond repair and needs to be replaced. In the end I did not entrust these people with my vehicle.

Tried to email with a question and pictures of the work I needed done but the email address wasn't valid. I called to verify the address and the woman I spoke with said just come on in. So I did. I need a front bumper replaced on my 2001 acura cl type s. After filling out a redundant form, I walked outside with an estimator. We didn't even get to my car before he basically stopped and said, "we are busy all the way til February." Thanks for wasting my time.

Steve and Terri were incredibly kind and helpful in getting my truck repaired. Despite slowdowns that everyone is experiencing currently related to workforce and supply chain issues their team was able to get my truck all repaired and it looks great. I recommend their services to anyone in need of auto body repair in the KC area.

K.C. Colors is outstanding! I’ve used them twice for body work over the years and every time, their work is excellent and the their customer service is outstanding! In a world full of large, corporately owned companies, It’s nice that they are a family owned company with many of their family members working there to add to the great vibe they have there. The thing that stands out the most besides their great work end service is their honesty. They gave me an estimate that was hundreds of dollars higher than the final cost so they gave me a large reduction from the estimate, even though I had already agreed to pay the estimated price and they could have easily just pocketed the extra money. If you need any body work done on your car, or any other services they offer, you should not bother going anywhere else. I highly recommend K.C. Colors!Service: Body & Trim

Had a large piece of a truck tire hit the front of my car. Took it over to K.C. Colors for an estimate. Steve was there, recognized my girlfriend Maggi from an accident several years ago, even remembered her name. Gave us a rough idea of the damage so we could notify our insurance agent. This is a Great Place For Any Type Of Collision Repair.

Seven years ago when my car was stolen, KC Colors was my choice to nearly reassemble my damaged vehicle. They were spectacular then in every way. Recently, when my car was backed into and needed work, I called them again. They are as spectacular now as they were then! That's consistency. Teri was so bright and cheerful when I called to ask a question. Steve was knee deep in work and never too busy to smile and ask how I was doing. Troy always knew the status of my repairs and was right on time. I don't want to see them in the near future and if I do, I'm sure it will be just as spectacular.
